I recommend this hotel for its value, location and cleanliness. The room was small but very functional and the bed was super comfy. I could walk to the Areit lift. Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common areas and Ursula and the staff were fantastic in organizing them to be sent home- a huge thank you to them. All in a all a wonderful and beautiful part of the world and a great value place to stay!

I would avoid this one like the plague. It’s more akin to a hostel connected to the hotel 2 doors down. Rude and impatient staff, atrocious check-in, but worst of all: no internet at peak times (mornings and evenings). Really, in 2024?

Pros: The room was as described, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive to our request as we were the only vegetarians it seemed. They made sure we got one hot vegetarian meal. Iliya was the one who always helped. Cons: There was no communication on check-in been dont at the other Hotek Latini and we had to move our large suitcases around. There was no coffee maker in the room.

I was unable to enter the hotel because it was closed. Despite many attempts to gain entry, I was unsuccessful. As a result, I was forced to sleep in my car. Never make a reservation at this hotel.

I don't like ..I for get carton in the hotel and them tell me don't fond..bad serves

The hotel was on the whole quite satisfactory but we felt that having to go through two bars and a closed restaurant to the next door hotel for meals was not very good, especially when it was partly outdoors! The breakfast was excellent from the view of choice. Dinner was a buffet every night. A good choice of dishes and plenty available although items ran out frequently and were not very quickly refilled. They need to have staff watching for this but there was nobody in the room except staff clearing tables and serving drinks. Dangerous to use shower as there was no mat and it was very slippery for elderly folk such as us!

Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from.

Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es hier zwei Hotels gibt. Check-in ist im Nachbarhotel namens Latini. Hier gibt es auch Frühstück. Das Zimmer im Schütthof ist wirklich nett eingerichtet, die Ausstattung relativ neu, Matratzen gut. Etwas wenig Platz, einen Koffer ausklappen konnte man nur, wenn man die Tür blockiert hat. Ein Kühlschrank fehlte leider. In der ersten Nacht wurden wir durch ein sehr nerviges Brummen lange wach gehalten. Wir wissen nicht, woher es kam, glauben aber an eine Lüftung aus dem Nachbarzimmer. In der zweiten Nacht war es zum Glück nicht mehr zu hören. Highlight ist das tolle Frühstück im Nachbarhotel. Richtig lecker, superviel Auswahl, toll. Unterm Strich kommen wir gerne wieder - die Lage hat uns gefallen.

Tolles Hotel in dieser Kategorie. Alles super. Besonders hervorzuheben Spabereich. Der ist sensationell. Im vierten Stock gelegen, tolle Aussicht. Super stylisch. Wäre auch etwas für ein sechs Sterne Hotel. Und gerne bald wieder

L'hôtel (et Zell am See) semblait assez désert dans ce contexte sanitaire particulier. La réception de l'hôtel était fermée et il fallait se rendre à l'hôtel Latini attenant (les deux hôtels communiquent sans vraiment sortir dehors). C'est un mal pour un bien car cela permet de profiter de la qualité de l'accueil et des services (petit-déjeuner) du Latini ! Chambre avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes très agréable. Parking intérieur inclus dans la chambre. Une excellente étape avant de partir vers le Grossglockner !

Ingen egen incheckning, dåligt/få platser med parkering, fläckar på mattan i rummet, för varmt, kyrkklockorna och ljudet från gatan hörs igenom skjutdörrarna. Satte på badrummets fläkt och matos började det dofta... För priset missnöjd.
