Good location, nice pool with towels provided. Very clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly (especially the breakfast staff and the gentleman who showed us to our room and was serving at the bar. Wardrobe with no drawers or many shelves wasn't ideal. Reception lady could be more welcoming, everything else really good.

Beautiful lobby, clean and serviced room daily, breakfast buffet was delicious and pool was so nice to cool off in! Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento as was quite but easily walkable to the market

The place was beautiful. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We did not get to go in the outdoor pool, but it looked delightful.

It was a lovely stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. Teresa went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for us and made us feel at home. There was a big variety at breakfast and service was great. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. Hotel is only a short walk away from the main shopping and restaurants however there are also restaurants close to the hotel.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing. Teresa Lauro was always so welcoming. The breakfast has so many various food options, including Gluten Free. Hotel is walking distance to all restaurants and the huge amount of gift shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Capri which is a very comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located in Sorrento near the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool areas is a nice oasis, although could use some extra umbrellas.

The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. The foyer is lovely. The pool was nice to refresh yourself after a day out. The hotel itself is perfect but the staff lack personality hardly a smile except for the 2 Indian employees and the night porter.

Great location to port and train station. Good choice breakfast options. Nice to have a pool we used it everyday. Close to restaurants and could walk to most places. Book rooms overlooking the pool. Noisy on the street side. Must wear ear plugs.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. Common areas were well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor pool, which is quite small, with a limited number of sunbeds, however there was never an issue getting one and they were very comfortable. Our main issue was the size of our bedroom, which was quite small. The bed filled most of the room, with limited additional space. Although, there was good hanging space (and plenty of hangers) in the wardrobe, there were no drawers and limited shelving for other clothing/items.

Friendly , professional staff. Excellent location. Fantastic breakfast. Nice pool. Will definately revisit.

A five star hotel!!!

I never write reviews, but I had to for Hotel Capri because it is fantastic. The hotel is clean, well maintained and looks newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s also a perfect location as it was walking distance to town center, the train station, and the ferry. The best part of my families’ experience was the hotel manager, Miss Teresa. She was very attentive, responsive, and treated us like family. Every time we saw Miss Teresa, she always made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is very modern, well presented and in a great location. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room was lovely, and had a great view over the pool. Only negative was the room size it was a little small and lacked shelving/storage but other wise it was fantastic. We would 100% recommended staying here and if we come back to Sorrento we will be rebooking the Hotel Capri.

It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go..
