I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!

Comfortable hotel with good price, and good location, friendly staff

really nice hotel, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms I must congratulate the hotel on the food. I travel a lot in Europe and the food was first class, with great service.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived by bicycle and were provided secure bike storage and an opportunity to hose down our bikes. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel dining room - great service and excellent food. A pleasant hotel. WiFi is good, very close to train station and outlet mall. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was good but I found the breakfast to be limited. There is no AC but the did provide a fan upon request. My only real complaint is the pillowcase and duvet cover are a textured fabric and a bit rough. I would bring my own bedding for my next stay.

Nice stay for business trip to that area of Switzerland. Wifi worked ok. However the restaurant was not exceptional and it was quite pricy for european standards. During the check-in at 19.00 I had to wait 20 minutes because there was nobody available and they made me wait ridiculously long.

Everything was fine except that there was no facility to make a hot drink in the morning which was always the case in the other hotels I have stayed in. Seconly there were no extra pillows so I could not sit up comfortably and watch the television or haave a drink.

War schön öfters da immer sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber gepflegt .Die Küche einfache toll.Und für jeden Geschmack was feines dabei . Die Küche ist sehr flexibel bei Wünschen.Der Küchenchef mega nett.

Ottima la facilità del check in automatico. Camera ampia con l’essenziale per un soggiorno. Le camere sulla strada la mattina risentono del traffico. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht bei euch, da Freunde in der Gegend geheiratet haben. Was super geklappt hat, war der frühe Ceck-in. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch das Zimmer war für den Zweck total ausrechend. Das Frühstück war gut. Was tatsächlich nicht geht, ist das Fenster zum Zimmer im Bad. Was soll das? Es ist für mich eh unverständlich, dass immer mehr Hotels nicht vollständig schliessende Glastüren zu den Badezimmern machen. Ja, auch bei euch hatten wir so ein dünnes etwas, das die Bezeichnung "Türe" nicht verdient hat. Die Privatsphäre auf der Toilette will ich auch in der Partnerschaft aufrecht erhalten. Aber noch ein Fenster ins Bad zu bauen, wo man vom Zimmer aus schön zuschauen kann, wie der andere auf dem WC sitzt...? Besonders, wenn im Bad das Licht an ist. Warum?

Alles immer top, nur meine Türe konnte ich nicht ohne Lärm schliessen.Aber habe es gemeldet.Personal immer sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und top organisiert.Danke Auch das Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack was dabei.Die gehobene Küche mit Team ist eine Bereicherung für die Sinne.Habe ein Kompliment ausgesprochen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Service sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut . Ich würde immer wieder hin fahren.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Die Restaurant Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel Befahrenen Strasse, es gibt aber eine Lüftung im Zimmer, so schläft man ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster
