We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. Also you can hire a boat down by the lake which was a highlight. Not far to drive to Lugano or morcote or you can get the train easily. Loved it and would stay again!

The hotel is considered 4 stars hotel in Expedia. However when you arrive to the hotel, you will notice the hotel has a different name and it is rated as a 3 stars hotel.

The staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The grounds were comfortable and the area/region is beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel is in Caslano, near Lugano. For staying here You have complimentary tickets For public bus and Train. the hotel is good.

Warm welcomming

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The proximity to the lake and several small restaurants is ideal. Pool is also quite nice. Only downside is if it is Hot, there is no AC, which is pretty normal in this area. They will provide you with a fan for your room, which helps a lot.

I will stay here again, location, staff and city of Caslano were terrific

The hotel is some distance from the busy main road and town center, so it is very peaceful. It is a short walk through the old town to the lakeside, where they have restaurants. Also, it is close to the Alprose chocolate factory where you can buy very cheap (and good) chocolates.

Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer, super sauber, sehr gute Betten, ruhig. Grosse Auswahl beim Zmorge Buffet. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
