Staff nice and helpful, clean room and good service

Welcoming, clean, friendly hotel with a good sized family room! We had a lovely time

The room was clean but it was loud until early morning especially on a weekend

Kettle in the room would of been good other than that it was perfect

Air conditioning worked great, the included was decent, the decor was nicely updated.

Excellent hotel located near the university. Very helpful staff and a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

We were put on the 3rd floor, there are no elevators and staff did not offer to help with our bags. We were coming off a cruise so had 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. I couldn’t help my husband with the large case

It was a nice quiet place to stay. Very close to everything. The staff were great! I definitely recommend staying here. If I ever come back I will stay here again.

Loved the location, but the rooms were so hot even though AC was advertised. Bed and sheets were uncomfortable. Bathroom was TINY. Room was clean.

The hotel is central to amazing dining options! The city is very walkable and convenient. Our room faced the street but you could not hear a thing with the windows shut. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well - I highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and provides toiletries. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of items. Customer service was excellent. Location is close by plaza and various restaurants and cafes. The only problem is no elevators, we had the second floor and bringing luggage up was a struggle.

Most friendly helpful staff. Very convenient location to everything-sites, shopping, eateries, bars, train station. Great breakfast & cappuccino. I’d stay here again.

The room was comfortable but walls were scruffy. Everything great apart from rooms needing a refresh, saying that the bed was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. No lift so if you are less able it is worth considering, the amazing lady at reception took my suitcase up for me although I was capable

Hotel is a good option for easy access to central Bologna. Rooms are clean and adequate. The bathrooms are some of the smallest we’ve ever had in Europe. I mean tiny. There is NO elevator. Staff is helpful but not that friendly. Area around hotel is walkable to do many restaurants and bars - location is great!
