Quiet, clean, professional and helpful. My only issue was room service kept putting the sheet on top of what looked like a blanket instead sheet against fitted sheet. Maybe it was a new hire but nothing to be upset about. While I came prepared with my converter box for my gear, I really enjoyed the U.S. 110 outlets in our room. I also walked to a fine grocery, a bodega, a chicken spot literally across the ultra quiet street and an amazing little bakery.

The hotel is in good location, Clean room , staff was very friendly and helpful, they should improve the room with cabinets with drawers to put the clothes, after that everything was fine

Centrally located with easy access to San Isidro and Miraflores! There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby, as well as easy access to several parks. The hotel is nicely renovated and our room had a nice bathroom.

It would be nice if breakfast was included but overall a wonderful experience! 10/10

Safe area , very well communicate staff

I used to love Aku Hotels, but new management ruined it. The manager is never around, and when she is, she’s unkind and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because some of the staff (like Andres) are great—but overall, the atmosphere has changed for the worse. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly stay, I’d skip this place.

The front desk staff waa completely amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance with scheduling rides to wherever. The only reason I didnt give 5 stara is because once I arrived back home, there was a discrepancy on the amount for the charges when they were converted to USD and I had to dispute it with my cardholder. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel next to the park, quiet. The room was spacious and clean though better lighting was needed.it was a little dark. The bed was large and very comfortable. The sfatt where efficient and friendly. There are plenty of great restaurants near by and loads of small shops, plus a Japanese supermarket and a tambo convenience store. Would happily stay again
