We stayed at Grand Hotel Imperiale for four nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect, two blocks from the beach and right on Piazza Dante, with restaurants, shopping, and just outside the door. The staff at reception were gracious, friendly, and very accommodating, especially with our requests for fans and bedding. We stayed in a fourth-floor suite, which was enormous and the balconies overlooked the town and mountains. The only downside was that the living room of the suite occasionally had a smoke smell in the evening, which seemed to come through the vents. Breakfast was a delight every morning. I care very deeply about coffee and GHI did not let me down. The food at the buffet was full of fresh fruit, meats, cereals, cheeses, pastries, and more. The staff at breakfast were charming and attentive. We also had lunch at the bar and enjoyed it very much. The pizza was a bit lackluster, but the pasta was perfect. I had the frutti di mare linguine, which was fantastic. Cesar at the bar took great care of us. Borrowing bikes was easy, and the bellmen and valets were fast, efficient, and helpful. A special shout-out to Andrea, Ravinia, Nicola, and Cesar for helping make our stay so enjoyable. Overall, Grand Hotel Imperiale gave us a beautiful and relaxing stay in Forte dei Marmi. We would happily return.

We just wrapped an unforgettable stay at the Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. We checked in (and out) with Federica, who was so warm and welcoming she set the tone for the entire trip. So many others went above and beyond to make our stay special: Lorenzo (the concierge MVP), Dolores, Daniel, Rafa, Diego, and Thomas. Thank you all. I only wish I could remember every single name, because every person we met was genuinely kind and attentive. The concierge service is in a class of its own, always on top of every detail and anticipating our needs before we even asked. Our one year old absolutely fell in love with this place, and so did we. Everything about this place was wonderful: the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the attention to every detail. The management and staff were beyond amazing — from the front desk team and their professional manager to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and the team handling luggage — everyone was genuinely kind, respectful, and always ready to help. They even offered me extra time for my check-out with such grace and understanding. This hotel is the perfect definition of comfort, relaxation, and understated luxury. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was always available at any time of day or night. The location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
