WiFi very poor, no work tv

Clean room and friendly staff

NOISY , NOT CLEAN AND BAD FOOD

"breakfast" is a small plate of fruit and some stale bread, instant coffee. Rooms are outdated and beds are extremely hard, not really comfortable to sleep in.

Never set foot at this hotel. I called to cancel my reservation and they said they would send an email to confirm the cancellation. Never received anything. They just kept the money I had prepaid.

1. One good thing. Their personal starting with the people at reception are friendly and willing to solve the inconveniences found. As well the woman who assist with the light breakfast that is the only included. Not the lunch that Expedia mentions in their information of what is included in the room 2. The room are small and with poor illumination 3. We have difficulties to get hot water in the shower. It was reported and solve. 4. Expedia needs to update its information about the hotel about what is included.

Podrían hacer que el horario de check-in sea más flexible, fuera de éso el servicio es excelente y el staff muy amigable

Good experience for my trip

Todo excelente y con la Feria de SM a un lado.

Este lugar es para alguien que va a pasar una hora o dos en el lugar nadamas , no tiene ac ni calefacción el agua la dejé correr por 15 minutos y no salió caliente mejor opté por ir a otro hotel , no me reembolsaron nada , las fotos no son lo que parecen pagué por seis noches para nada es un hotel de paso

Me gusta mucho ese hotel muy amables solo lo que les falla siempre es el internet e ido varias veces y siempre es lo mismo con el internet pero de allí en más todo perfecto muy limpio

Muy buena ubicación, recepción muy atenta y amable. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Lo único que por alguna extraña razón es que no había agua caliente.

Solo que el.internet es pésimo y la TV se trababa mucho nunca me la pudieron areglar

Para hacer check-in se tardaron porque no les aparecía pagada mi reservación, me pidieron ver en mi aplicación de banco que ya se me halla descontado y aún así me decían que no les aparecía, al final ya me dieron acceso que ya lo pudieron visualizar, en una habitación había 1 cucaracha y olía a humedad la otra habitación estaba más limpia y las camas son un poco duras

El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones están bien , el precio es razonable , muchas gracias.
