We had clean towels every day. Bed §changed twice in our 8 day stay. the room was cleaned everyday right down to the blinds. The staff were all very pleasant but a special mention to the bar staff, Grazia and Michele who spent time translating our requests on their I phones and also to Antonio in reception who was very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to other people.

The staff were very accomodating. We were given an upgrade to larger room when our initial room was too small for our family. Was very impressed with their service, location was great and compliments to Biagio in the restaurant. We arrived to breakfast just as they were finishing up, but they were so accomodating and welcomed us all the same. Going the extra mile. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back again. Thank you.

As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

One night stay on road trip. Quite bewildered by this town! Hotel old fashioned but efficient. Good breakfast good Wi-Fi. Lovely pool but you need a swimming hat. Fabulous pizza across the road left out of hotel less than five mins walk. Comfy room with balcony.

Most staff weee excellent Breakfast could have been more varied and once the food was gone it wasn’t replenished

We like the peace of the place, it was near to the town and to the Santuary of San Padre Pio, the parking was perfect!

Our room was very comfortable and clean,toilets and baths clean,breakfasts was very good,staff and reception were very good and understanding.Our departure after 3 nights stay was at 6 a.m. the hote; staff arranged coffee and snack at 5.30 a.m. and cal;led for our taxi. We were happy at the hotel while we were there as we spent most of the day visiting the churches of Saint Padre Pio. The gift shop was good with a choice of religious articles.The Lobby was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is very mediocre and the beds are very hard.

Mancanza di pulizia.La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era proprio pulita. Abbiamo trovato capelli sul letto, macchie vicino ai muri e ,in seguito ad una pioggia abbiamo avuto un'infiltrazione di acqua dal balcone. Check-in lento.

Struttura alberghiera un po' datata. Accoglienza non proprio cortese anche se check-in fatto al limite dell' orario indicato. Colazione deludente. Macchinetta dei succhi che li erogavano abbastanza annacquati, torte confezionate non si possono vedere, e assurdo che le macchine self service del caffè, cappuccino,the ecc eroghino caffè d'orzo e non caffè vero, modello ospedale. Accettati animali ma attenzione...igienizzazione a ben 15 euro per due notti. Mah... credo la prossima volta troveremo qualcosa di meglio.

Beau complexe hotelier avec 2 restaurants, parking et piscine

Hôtel propre Problème : piscine avec bonnet de bain obligatoire, fermée de 13h à 15h. Petit déjeuner : Que de l'industriel, rien de bon ..

Un Hôtel où l’accueil est au rdv. Merci à Lucas pour votre gentillesse. Il faut aller au restaurant le soir ! C est super !!!! De plus le lieu est très joli. Points négatifs : gros problème insonorisation chambre, petit déjeuner très très limité pour un 4*, piscine gelée et bonnet de bain obligatoire, chiens qui aboient tout le temps, beaucoup de bruits des 6 heures du matin

Es un boutique antique hotel , muy bien conservado, lindo en el centro del pueblo de san Giovanni rotondo . Eso si , las habitaciones son pequeñas y un poco incómodas, pero para corta estancia lo recomiendo. Muy buena la atención y la comida.
