The breakfast was great but I am coeliac and there were very few options. It cost me €10.50 for a gluten free roll with cheese and orange juice. Hotel itself was totally faultless and in a great location. Staff were friendly

This hotel had parking included, and it was so convenient that it made a four star hotel a five star.

I felt taken advantage of at this property. When we checked in they informed me that Expedia had under charged me as a single and I was traveling with my daughter. So they had to add extra fees for her and for parking. Even after I showed them the reservation confirmation clearly showing 2 people on it, they insisted I pay extra fees. But the location was convenient.

Todo bastante bien sin destacar en nada particularmente. Eso sí, está muy bien situado y sin duda repetiría si volviera a Mérida

La ubicación es estupenda, el personal es muy amable, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El pequeño frigorífico resulta muy útil. El buffet del desayuno es fabuloso, ofrece una gran variedad de productos para un desayuno completo.

Serviço e funcionários muito simpáticos. Hotel em remodelação ecos quartos precisam de alguma melhoria. Mas limpos e arrumados. Localização excelente para conhecer Mérida sem precisar de carro
