Excellent value accommodation in a quaint historic property on a quiet street in the historic old town of Colonia del Sacramento.

This Posado is charming and in a great location. Walk to many restaurants and all the sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Not handicap accessible but Highly recommend if that is not a need.

What a wonderful experience we had Posado Don Antonio. The reception was quick and very helpful, even assisting us with our bags. My room was great. We enjoyed drinks on the patio at night and a nice breakfast spread in the morning with excellent coffee. My room was very clean, quiet and had nice linens and lighting. The location is perfect whether you want to go to the beach or to tour the historical spots. Also close to great restaurants!

Wonderful staff, nice , spotless, basic property. Beds were comfortable and the location is prime to see everything. Nice little pool. Extra lounge areas in case you need space out of the room. We felt that the area was safe and parking on the street was fine. Lots of places to eat. Best part of the hotel was the staff. Kind and caring. Made sure we had everything we needed. Side item, air conditioner worked great.

Todo acorde a lo que muestran! Nos hospedamos 3 días con una amiga y todo fue genial. El hotel es muy lindo, las zonas comunes limpias y cuidadas, un ambiente tranquilo y familiar. El desayuno está bueno, podrían sumar alguna variedad más de frutas, pero en general está muy bueno. El personal siempre muy amable. Un detalle lindo, siempre hay a disposición agua y una pava para llenar el termo de mate, y también jarras de bebidas frescas. Tuvimos una muy linda experiencia, sin duda volveriamos.

nice, clean room. pretty hotel, pleasant staff. good location, 5min walk to old town. 15min walk to ferry terminal. a mini supermarket around the corner.

What a fun historical building and a quiet comfortable stay in a beautiful town not to be missed. The rooms are small but comfortable with great air conditioning. The remodelers took out all the old creaky wood floors and put in concrete in what must have been a monumental job. I didn't notice sound leakage between the rooms at all, but the entrance doors and window are pretty flimsy as required to keep up the look. They gave us actual old keys to the doors which was a fun, but the locks were a bit of a challenge to deal with ;-) Other things we enjoyed: The pool - pretty cold, but very nice The breakfast - simple yogurt and baked goods but delicious The location - beautiful tree lined cobblestone street with ample street parking. The bathrooms - had great showers, but could use a remodel or at least more light The staff - kept the place pretty much spotless. I saw them sweeping the leaves from the sidewalk outside and cleaning the tops of the railings and was impressed. Thanks!!

Overall, everything was in order and in very good condition.

Truly happy with the facilities, friendly and professional staff always willing to help, I will come back.

A pousada é um charme! Parece que estamos em uma casa de amigos, bem decorada, limpa e aconchegante. Recomendo muito. Acho que poderia ter água no frigobar para consumo, senti falta desse detalhe.
