Decent, clean property with adequate breakfast close to the beach and 5 mins from the main strip.

It was supposed to be a room with queen size bed. But actually it was 2 single beds that slid apart if a couple sleeps there.

From the very beginning of my stay I was welcomed and felt important.

Excellent location near the beach.

During the hot summer stay our room was terribly hot and there is no ac in the rooms. In the evening it was quite a lot of noise from the traffic, because we had to keep the window open. We did not have a fridge/minibar in the room, which made things a bit more difficult with kids. Customer service is obviously not "a thing" in estonia in general. But this hotel is indeed close to the beach.

My only issue was no AC but that was MY fault for not noticing before I booked. This location is great!! We walked to the beach and the park. Even my 3yr old was able to do the walk. This beach area is VERY geared for kids. So many kid friendly activities. Breakfast was...not American but enough choices to get full. The coffee/espresso machine at breakfast was definitely a highlight. Parking is an issue. No one was at reception when we arrived, parking is free after 7pm. But I had to wake before 8am to try to figure it out. No one is at reception until 11am. So I drove around looking for the parking lots I saw in the map. I googled and scanned QR codes eventually I found an app it's 25€ for 24hrs so once we parked we didn't move the car again. There are other places near where we parked that came up as 10€ for 24hrs so it was confusing but I had been told it was 25€ so that was the zone I selected. The front desk was really helpful going above and beyond to help us. Right before we arrived my son ended up getting prescribed antibiotics. Our room didn't have a fridge. The front desk stores his medicine in their kitchen and froze water bottle for us so we could keep his medicine cold at night when the kitchen was locked. They also warmed food for him. And just all around went above and beyond to be helpful.

Very tidy and modern, steep stairs and no elevator (something to be aware off). Breakfast and reception is over 1km from The apartment.

The hotel is very basic lacking many amenities and needing renovation, whereas the price is very high. Definitely not worth it. Breakfast was ok.

No ac and pillows too small

The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was also good and hotel admin was very friendly and did an excellent job! I did not like however, that Hotel.com took a 20% cut. In my opinion, that’s too much! I paid a total of 42€, but the hotel received only 34€.

Perfect place to stay. All staff that I have met have been very nice and polite. Rooms nice, comfortable and clean. Staying in Pärnu, I will always try to choose this hotel. Thank you!

Nice clean small hotel in good location close to the beach and reachable distance from the city center. Had all the basics (Wifi, breakfast) needed for a very affordable one night stay.

Staff was very well, let us check in early, there was parking behind the hotel, limited but we could park the car. Breakfast was nice, hotel was close to beach.

We had a lovely bright and spacious room - extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were super helpful and friendly!! The hotel is very close to the beach - we walked it every day and it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful - you could tell they took pride in their offering. Parking plentiful in the street. I will definitely stay here next time in Pärnu!!!

I arrived pretty late after midnight, but could check in easily. The staff speaks perfect English and everything was good. There's enough parking spots and the beach is close by. Super nice.

Very clean and we'll-kept hotel – just a bit dated in style...

Hotelrooms were quite small. We would have liked to have a little fridge in the room and also a waterheater for coffee or tea.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful but the grumpy cleaner did not clean our room at all....

Good, rich breakfast better that we could expect for the price we paid! Thank you!
