El hotel por el precio esta aceptable, pero tiene varias deficiencias, sin elevador, sin agua caliente y mucha bulla durante la noche, lo que si sobra decir , aire acondicionado eficiente, tiene nevera ejecutiva en la habitacion lo que ayuda bastante., y el personal es excelente , la atencion de recepcion y todo el personal nos agrado mucho, muy atentos y serviciales

near the beach 2 small blocks. quiet location. breakfast included. very clean. beds are nice and firm. provided towells to the beach. excellent for the price no eleverators but the bellboy can help you with the luggage.. we enjpyed the stay. family of four.

Travelled with an old person so elevator was a must. Incredible staff

The hotel has modern facilities which seemed to have been remodeled recently. However, it is a shame that it doesn't have an elevator for people who cannot walk up the stairs. This is the main reason why I would not choose the hotel again. I would have to say that its staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. But I would just advice the hotel to schedule any drilling or hammering after 10amto ensure guests can sleep.I was awaken before 7am two days in a row because of this....

They collected the payment during check in!! This hotel counts everything. They came to our room and counted one by one everything in the minibar. Then at breakfast they count piece by piece what they put on your plate. You are not allowed to take food yourself, they serve you. Coffee was always cold. No elevators. No hot water. Overpriced for Colombia and for Santa Marta. Wifi doesnt work that well on the third floor rooms.

The Hotel staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean, things in the minibar tend to be old though. They did not want to change my booking to one person less when I arrived at the Hotel. The beds were a bit hard. Could not use the pool after like 8 or 9 pm.

Located near the beach with lots of bars/resturants nearby. Staff did not speak English, but were friendly and welcoming.

Good for the price. Staff is extremely helpful.

Excelente atencion de parte de todos los empleados muy atentos !

Muy buena atención en general, el personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades y dudas. Bien cuidado. Aire acondicionado en cada habitacion. Limpio. Ojalá fuera más claro respecto al cobro del IVA a la hora de hacer reservas, y hubiera agua en botella en las habitaciones al no ser potable la de la llave.

No hay ascensor y es incomodo para adultos mayores subir tanta escalera, no leí que no tenian ascensor, lo demas muy bueno

El hotel está bien ubicado a la zona del rodadero, valoramos el esfuerzo del personal que nos atendió, sin embargo, como sugerencia, deben rotar el menú de los desayunos (siempre huevos).
