The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were young people which was quite refreshing. They were so willing to answer our questions and make suggestions. Parking was fabulous just outside the entrance. Breakfast was provided and it was fine with some decent choices. There was a elevator which made it easier with luggage. Good area and convenient walking to restaurants. Hotel room for 3 was very comfortable. Good in every way except the noise from repairs that were going on. Mercifully they stopped at dinner time. We would happily recommend (minus the noise).

Мы остановились с семьей на одну ночь. Отель понравился, большие две комнаты, удобные кровати, комфортабельные матрасы, большая терраса, все необходимое было в номере. При необходимости, мы непременно остановились бы снова в этом отеле. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Nice and clean, good included breakfast, the area around the hotel felt pretty safe.

A great hotel with friendly check in staff. Room was immaculate and large, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited but value for the price you pay.

Very clean , great rain shower and comfortable bed and 4 pillows of good quality for my taste , foam moldable.. adustable and fiber fill. Everything was excellent and the breakfast included was very good, eggs toast , beans , chorizo, fresh fruit and whole wheat/ white breads. Cereal or muesli with Hot milk (in the coffee maker). Honey for tea or coffee. Central location ... near Mcdonalds if you like their food (...not me)

The hotel itself is very quaint. It’s in a really nice area of Setúbal. it is really very nice. The staff were outstanding, the breakfast was great. I highly recommend them. it’s a great place to stay. And the staff made me feel very welcome.

With friendly members of staff, excellent breakfast and prompt service, the extra bed was not very comfortable.

Loved our stay at Laitau, clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely, one receptionist helped us order a pizza as we were having difficulty due to the language barrier. Would like to note however that, unlike all the other staff, the girl in reception was quite rude and it was a shame as otherwise everything else was perfect. Thank you.

Nice hotel near a big avenue with lots of restaurants. Nice staff and comfortable room. Just not with the floors really that clean.

Was a wonderful place to stay,

I could stay there again,no problem I only stayed there one night so it's kind of hard to say much about my experience. I just think that for the price, it is a good value, it's quiet and access to the room is easy. The wifi was a bit slow. I liked that the room had a separate area with 2 beds with a door dividing it. Apparently the reservation was nly for 2 people. (I messed it up) The receptionist upgraded my room for 3 people and no extra charge. It was really nice. I sure recommend this nice and friendly hotel.
