The property location is perfect for the obelisco and the main road. Sound proofing of windows could be improved on such a busy road.

The positive aspects of this hotel is that one room can accommodate 5 to 6 people. It's convenient for families who wants to stay together at the same room.

Liked all 4 could stay in one room. Curtains dirty . Faucet in kitchen not working well and cracked counter top. Bathroom too small.

It is in the core commercial district and not a lot of dining options easily available in quick walking distance.

Overall good property and EXCELLENT staff. Don't be fooled by the "kitchenette" - it is a mini fridge, microwave, 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 cups.

Staff Berenice, Andrea and Micaela at the front Desk were very professional, friendly - helped me with tours, transportation, requests for my suite that was pristine. My 2 story suite was superb, 3 balconies facing Ave 9 d Julio, weather was awesome so I was able to keep the doors to the balcony opened, feeling the breeze and beauty of the city for most of my stay. The property is an architectural gem, loaded w history, elegance, good taste

Location was perfect. Close to Sube subway and metro bus. The room I was allocated was huge with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. I commented that the room could do with a carpet spot clean and a lick of paint in the bathroom. Upon check out, the receptionist told me they will work on my room that day! I was impressed with the constant communication via Whatsapp and email throughout my stay. This hotel is committed to ensuring their guests are looked after and take stock of comments. Also the front desk helped me get a tango show booking last minute, which I appreciated! Thank you HTL 9 De Julio!

Staff was friendly and held our luggage in safe room for several hours.

Good stay, good central location. Awesome front desk staff, very friendly. No couch as in other apartments, only table and plastic chairs to sit on, but no big deal. Mattresses past replacement date, sinking in the middle. Someone entered apt. each day despite our request for zero service or entry by anyone, with do not enter sign clearly on door, but no sign of theft. Area sketchy after dark, many homeless. Great restaurant 3 blocks away that was recommended by front desk, ate there twice, great meals. Food market 1/2 block away. Wifi spotty, off and on. Older building but in decent shape, same for room. All around cannot complain as price was cheap for experience delivered.

Lots of room in the loft but starting to look run down

The property is well located and is quite unique. Unfortunately, our room faced directly onto 9de Julio and it was extremely noisy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Basic amenities were not automatically provided but were available on request. Without stovetop or washing machine, it is not suitable for long term but there are plenty of restaurants and laundries close by.
