Lovely location in San Blas. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty - continental buffet offerings with made to order eggs. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Filtered water in the lobby, available 24/7.

Very warm welcome, clean spacious room. Very quiet. Good breakfast. We also had an excellent soup for lunch.

No air flow, only window in the bathroom at a low level.

The staff are amazing. The front desk is very attentive and will often offer something before you ask. The property is well located 5 minutes walk from the square and many restaurant's around including a vegetarian restaurant about 250 meters from the hotel.the breakfast thats included has a little bit of everything. The coffee is delicious and its always on time. The room was big and comfortable. The courtyard is cute and a great place to hangout in the evening. This hotel is a hidden gem and i would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent staff. Room was nice. Breakfast was great. The boxed breakfast they prepared for us as we had a very early excursion was outstanding.

Reservamos dos noches en este hotel para conocer Cusco. Sin embargo tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro tren desde Machupicchu y estuvimos tratando de comunicarnos vía email, vía app y vía telefónica y nunca obtuvimos una respuesta del hotel, cosa que nos pareció desconsiderada de su parte. Más que un reembolso pretendíamos tener la tranquilidad de poder hacer nuestro check in en horas avanzadas de la noche y no perder nuestro derecho a una habitación por no haber logrado hacer nuestro check in para nuestra primera noche. Gracias al apoyo de 3 o 4 asistentes en hoteles.con logramos conseguir su aprobación. Sin embargo cuando llegamos al hotel, encontramos todas las puertas cerradas y fue gracias a la ayuda de nuestro taxista que alguien nos abrió la puerta después de varios intentos fallidos y nos permitió pasar la segunda noche.

The staff were excellent. They assisted us with preparing a room even though we arrived earlier than the reservation time. The breakfast was great and on days where we had early morning schedules (before breakfast), they would offer us coffee. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco!

Very nice property, very clean and cosy, anything that you would expect from a hotel in Cusco. I would recommend it easily to any of my friends.

We chose to stay here after trekking to Machu Picchu. The beds were huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful! Would highly recommend. Location is super!

What a beautiful and quaint property! Easy walking to restaurants, laundry, pharmacies, and more… had just gotten done with the 5 day salkantay trek, so the peaceful property was the perfect vibe.
