Kishigon is a lovely traditional ryokan with an unbeatable location right next to the historic stone steps, making it incredibly easy to explore the local shops and eateries.
The onsen facilities felt a bit aged, but in my opinion, that only added to the authentic, nostalgic charm of the stay.
