Quiet, great location, super clean, amazing staff !!

Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend.

Room is nice and clean. It was strange that when we ordered wines, our glass was filled below average, but the spanish people next to us ordered the same,yet gBreakfast was a huge downfall again. We have been to this hotel twice, 1st time the breakfast was very cold, we decided to give the hotel another chance but this time the breakfast was even worse. Very minimalistic. I understand its a small hotel, but due to not having a bigger choice, it should be easier to make sure food is hot, but it was as if the hot option was refrigerated. Unfortunatly, we will not be returning.

Characterful property and staff are utterly charming and helpful. Very reasonably priced food and drink.

Extremely friendly staff

Nice hotel in good location at reasonable price. Offsite parking situation is not great, but not too expensive either. Staff is very friendly, but not very knowledgeable even about things within the hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel lobby area is outstanding, as is the restaurant next door. Our room was quite commodius. La Laguna is a smaller than the the town of San Christobal below, but quite enjoyable. The public transportation is quite good

Courteous staff and clean rooms

The hotel is nicely located in the historic district of the town with easy flat walking to its many traditional bars and cafes. The interior is beautifully restored and the staff are friendly and professional. Parking if required is about 3 minutes away, it’s pay as you leave and a full 24hrs is €7,50. We had a one of the restored rooms facing onto the street but although there was some traffic rumbles it caused us no trouble. The only thing stopping a full 5 stars was the paper thin walls between rooms and the music from the restaurant under the floor which played loudly till after midnight in some cases. The couple in the next room had exotic after hours activities which we didn’t want to hear.

The property listed parking but when we arrived we were told there is no parking due to works. We were given a room in a new wing of the hotel that looked like a generic chain hotel. We asked to be moved to the historic part we thought we would have. There was an additional charge of 50 euros per night. We did upgrade and the new room was more in what we expected. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible. The lobby is beautiful and the personnel are friendly.

Room very clean, staff courteous and helpful

Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival.

Great hotel, perfect location in the city, comfortable room, and staff all very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent too.
