The staff were great. The location was also great. The room was good and clean and as described. Overall, for a hotel in old town of city, it was a great experience.

We appreciated the quiet and privacy despite such a convenient central location. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and professional staff. No public spaces except for breakfasting.

Nice hotel in front of Plaza Consistorial, with restaurants and daily activities in the Plaza, however at night is quite which is good for sleeping. The room was a good size with a small balcony facing the plaza, the bed was comfortable, good size bathroom, very fast internet and good service in the 5th floor where we stayed. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice people at the reception. We were instructed to park in Plaza del Castillo parking and walk to hotel; it was not a bad walk even though we were carrying lot of luggage. The hotel discount for the parking end up being 13.95 dollars per day. We recommend this place.

My room was clean and comfortable but more than half of the room was not useable due to the roof cutting off half the space. I had to duck my head to walk around the room.

A/C is not adjustable and set to 25 C. Windows can be open, but city is very busy and loud, so not practical. Too hot to sleep comfortably.

Checkin process extremely slow, just one person attending a huge crowd of guests. She was nice and had everything under control, but the process was slow

The parking was very expensive. On my reservation appeared to be included but it wasnt.

It is not a four star hotel. It’s a hotel with a little cafeteria which serves only the very basic. It is run by young women like if they were home. The sheets were all soil, etc. Don’t sale it a four star. I don’t think Expedia is doing the right checking on The hotels in Europe. Or It is not sending the right people to check.
