Excellent hotel in walking distance to La Candelaria and other attractions. The pool, sauna and gym are great, the staff are all very helpful, and the breakfast changes daily. Bring ear plugs, noise from the hall can come into the room and there are some distant roosters. We would stay here again.

The pool and the staffer was excellent, along with the location.Close to everything, good security checked and anyone entering the property which was good. The gym was the worst though and the The steam room was not functioning along with the I found a room was not to par. But perfect location.Will be returning back in may.

Breakfast was freshly made, several main attractions are within range, service was good but better could be done with the facilities… there was a constant from the toilet, the windows are sealed shut with no AC and it would have been nice to have a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker or iron in the room especially since we paid for deluxe room. The positives include good service and friendly/helpful staff

The service here was above and beyond than expected, very courteous and genuine. I was on a visit with my girlfriend for about a week. The staff there are phenomenal and patient with all the questions i had and resolved anything i needed, Eliot, David, Sophie, and Nickoli were some of the stand out service i could remember they were especially helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious in my room jacuzzi was a nice touch and decorated by the romantic package was really great, if you want to make a special surprise. They cleaned daily refreshed towels asked if we needed any extra very accommodating. Very worth the stay we didn't go to the sauna but the jacuzzi in the room was great clean, the pool area is not to be missed we went around 8 pm had poolside drinks the pool was warm. Everything was great nice area downtown art district feels. Thanks Hotel Grand Park! Most definitely recommend and will be back as well.

Small, dirty room, no possible open windows. Unfriendly reception staff. Sauna from 10 am but was not switch on until 10:20 am . Breakfast not tasty. Definitely not 4* hotel.

The location I was told by multiple taxi and uber drivers during my stay, was a very unsafe part of town to be in. I could also hear every persons phone conversation from every room on the same floor as i stayed on. Friendly staff, very accomodating, the noise was the only concern durijg my stay, safety outside the hotel is beyond their control.

Terrible from the start i paid for a premium room with a king bed, they tried to give me a closet with twin bed and think two adukts can fit. After complaining the gave me a different room. The room i reserved was also suppose to have a refrigerator when i requested that it was declined. I would have left the hotel day one but i didnt want the headaches or trying to get a refund.

The restaurant manager are so rude and nasty with the costumers do not go this place they treat you like trash

The restaurant manager was so nasty with my family members and my child I got the small pizza for my grandson and the restaurant manager try told my family that we can not eat that pizza at the lunch room but the way that said so was so rude and nasty and aggressive we got 3 rooms at the hotels spent a lot of money there and I think it was inappropriate to treating costumers that way I will never coming back to this hotel not more including my family and friends.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good place to stay for the price.

Thoroughly frustrated at this place. The hotel itself was not too bad, however I experienced the worst service from the upper management. I was coming from Argentina to which my flight was delayed 1 day for 2 separate rooms. Yes, the rooms were booked non refundable, but we had every intention of staying there. The day we arrived, we checked in at around 7pm, and we checked out at 6am. I asked to speak with a manager, which none was available. And that regardless Expedia would have to make contact. I asked Expedia to ask the hotel to please refund 1 night for each reservation. The hotel refused and Expedia apologized. I attempted to email the hotel directly. No response. In my last direct contact with the hotel, they acknowledged that they were not going to respond to my message with "buen dias" which is good day. I come to Bogota quite often, and I emailed them that when I come again for a week's stay if they can just add 2 more nights of the lot reservation. All they did was ensure my dissatisfaction by not working out a solution with me, and now I will never stay at their hotel again. The hotel is adequate and the food and drinks are inexpensive, but so are another 100 hotels in the area.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Someone on staff knew english on every shift. The pool was great as well was the frinks and food. Room was great besides the noise from constant traffic at all hours of the night. I think if i had a room not overlooking the street it would have been fine but the first night was kinda restless due to the noise. No fridge or microwave. I ended up getting a fridge by asking the front desk for one because i needed it. I would stay again as long as i had a different room.

Not the best place to stay or clean. And the taxi they recommended me, charged me extra which was more than the usual trip with a hotel taxi.
