The staff were friendly, food was great and the room spacious

The room was nice, clean, and roomy. The staff was accommodating and inviting. The location was great. I would stay there again.

Great attention to detail. The bars were great and enjoyed the patio near the pool. The spa was booked and I wish I had reserved earlier. The room was wonderful including a separate toilet closet, great shower w stool and a magnifying mirror for make up. Nessperrso coffee machine too.. there were many places to store your items.

The staff were kind and helpful. The place was very clean! We were two travelers sharing a room not in a couple and had to ask twice for twin beds not pushed together. They came to separate beds but then upgraded us to a nicer room with a great view the next morning and brought us cakes. This would be a fabulous place for a couple but the bathroom lacks a door and even though the toilet had a glass door, the shower was open. So two people not in a couple lack privacy. Otherwise I have no complaints it was wonderful and the massages in the spa were the best we’ve had! Everyone was kind and helpful! Great place for couples!

Room was great! Bar was great Pool was out of action which was a real shame and bit of a disappointment for my visit to be honest.

Staff was great. Very friendly and informative. Room was clean although there were no toiletries whatsoever (basic things like shower cap etc.) provided which seems a little odd. Bathroom had no door (toilet did) which seems to be a new hotel trend but I hate the lack of privacy but that’s a personal preference not necessarily reflective of the hotel.

Clean room but asked for double bed and got two singles pushed together. Reception person that checked us in was very sullen and not helpful at all. She was like this on all the times we interacted with her. She seems to have an attitude problem with non-whites. Some of the other staff were very much better. Walking distance to most of the local sights. Good location for transportation. Anything extra needs to be paid for.
