The only fault was the tired shabby linen. Maybe they should try a different laundry?

No internet on the rooms, bed linens is old e dirt. I spoke with front desk about internet and they said that was not they could do…they changed me to another room but still didn’t work

I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze.

The hotel was small but cute. The location was great right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Given that the hotel was short the views aren't as good as taller hotels but being right on the beachfront has its perks. Just know when you're booking a room with a "beach view" it's not the best. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very tight, difficult for two people to use at the same time. Hot water was good. Although the room did have AC it didn't really work that well, more of a fan. I had to sleep with no sheets/covers. But my preference is cold nights, im sure other people are fine with that. Shouldn't take away from the overall experience. The pool was tiny but I guess appropriate for the size of the hotel. Nice views from the top of the building.

Equipe de funcionários excelente porém a estrutura do quarto deixou a desejar. Fechadura do quarto não funcionou bem e porta de acesso ao banheiro em estado de conservação ruim.

O hotel é muito bom, ótima localização, quarto e banheiro bem espaçoso, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã mt bom Só preciso fazer duas ressalvas: 1- logo pela manhã às 7, 8, 9hrs achei muito barulhento de portas batendo e conversas altas entre os funcionários da limpeza, isso atrapalha quem deseja descansar até mais tarde. 2- Ao chegar no hotel, na portaria tem um cheiro MUITO forte que parece ser de produto de limpeza ou cheirinho, que não me agradou, o hotel é bem limpo mas todas as vezes que passei pela portaria para entrar ou sair do hotel, esse cheiro me incomodou bastante.
