It is a nice clean room, staff is friendly, and right next to the train station. I had to take the 4.50 airport train to the airport and it was perfect.

This is a very nice hotel for anyone attending the conference centre, and the shortest walk possible from the train station. I loved the breakfast and the general vibe. What I did not like, which bring down the score, are: 1) No one in my group of five could figure out how to change the room temperature, or turn off the humming air con at night. It whirred the whole night. 2) Bathroom amenities were no more than essential. No body lotion, no shower cap, no wash cloths, nothing but the very essential. This was disappointing. 3) Still the bathroom, which is actually a wet room. When you shower, the whole floor area gets wet. I had not seen any wet room pictures when looking at the website, and was sure I'd get a bathtub or large shower. 4) No drawers or closets for tidy unpacking. This said, the stay was pleasant. It's just that it's obviously geared for practical, as opposed to relaxing or indulgent. Which is what I was hoping for.

Front desk daytime staff not particularly helpful for navigating local businesses or amenities. Nighttime front desk staff particularly pleasant. Restaurant staff stellar. Lots of noise from street.

The rooms are very minimal. I tired to have housekeeping come but they only came once during my 4 night stay. Several of the lights in my room didn’t work; and neither apparently did the thermostat. It was very hot especially at night.

Location is between downtown Oslo (15 minute train) and the airport and just across the street from the Lillestrom Train Station. Clean and breakfast is included. Not as expensive as downtown hotels.

This is a good hotel. Its clean, quiet and functional. Its also very minimalist. The showers are weird with just a drain on the floor which makes the bathroom a mess. They provide exactly one towel, just somewhat annoying.

Easy to get to amazing staff and they made so welcome.

Was a good experience. But room was pretty small. Bathroom was pretty okay. No laundry facilities at the hotel which was inconvenient. The breakfast is however amazing. And the location is great!

I like this hotel, the rooms are modern clean and comfortable with good facilities. The restaurant serves good quality food. Breakfast is more than ample with a huge selection to cater for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated for transport and shopping, restaurants etc. I will stay here again for sure.

Property was lovely, well designed

Scandic Lillestrom is located next to the train station, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Nova Spektrum convention center in town. Staff are very courteous and willing to help with early check-in and late check-out.

Good experience

Convenient location directly across from metro station to Oslo Center and Oslo International Airport, each only 1 stop in either direction. The windows in the room were weird because they were high up on the wall, cannot see outside. No air conditioning in room and it got pretty warm overnight. Bed comfortable, room spacious. Great breakfast, big selection, well stocked, one of the best we saw on our trip. Staff was mostly helpful.

Nice hotel. Convenient for train/bus station and all shops and bars. The woman behind the bar could have been more polite/helpful.

Breakfast buffet amazing. Train express option from airport great and nearby. We had a problem TV which kept switching off but NO English channels not even CNN or BBC world news.

I stay here every month. The staff are SO nice. The bar has exceptional drinks and bar eats. The hotel is clean and modern. The beds and pillows are COMFY. The hotel is directly across from the train station — so I can get to the airport in ten minutes flat. I love this hotel and all of the staff.
