It was great!! nice free snacks in the lobby and friendly staff.

Excellent staff that was super helpful. The was super clean and serviced everyday. The outdoor pool also included a full restaurant and bar.

Very clean, great staff (taxi dropped me on the sister location and they helped me with my baggage to the other hotel even when I didn’t ask!), a real treat to have little biscuits waiting in your room when you arrived tired and hungry to the hotel. I wish I’d stayed longer to enjoy the gym and pool. I recomend this place.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Madison in Barcelona and would happily stay here again. The standout feature was the incredible staff—everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is hard to beat. Situated just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, it was the perfect base for exploring the city’s historic streets, plazas, restaurants, and shops. We were able to walk to many of Barcelona’s top attractions, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a day of exploring, it was a pleasure to return and relax. If you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service and an unbeatable location in the heart of Barcelona, I highly recommend the H10 Madison.

Staff were very friendly.

Pretty disappointed by this hotel. The rooftop was beautiful (albeit crowded) and the staff were friendly, but I was shocked by the state of the bathroom/shower. When I opened the glass door to the shower, I was hit was a sewage-y smell. Understanding this is an old building in an old city, I tried to ignore it - but then looked up and saw black mold on the ceiling. The decor was pretty and modern, and robes and slippers were provided, but overall, this felt much more like a 2-3 star hotel than 4.

Clean hotel with very helpful staff.

We loved the h10 Madison Hotel. The location was convenient and walkable. When we arrived, we were offered refreshments and the option to hold our baggage as our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a lovely view out the balcony. It was quite nice. It was also spacious enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy the view in the evening. The morning breakfast was plentiful and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the H 10 Madison.

Hotel was nice. Staff was awesome . The area is ok. Very dirty in Spain and the surroundings. Roof top bar was the saving grace.

Location

Everything was good except the breakfast buffet where you also have the option to order the food (free)instead of all buffet. But it's awkward coz some of the staff who take orders make it feel like your order options are limited. Feels like they limit it to one per person whereas it actually is buffet. Anyways, it was a pretty busy hotel but location is great. Rooms are just the right size. We booked the triple bed with balcony. Perfect for pictures.

H10 is in the middle of the Gothic quarter. The location is great because it gives you the best of Barcelona without being too busy or dirty. The staff was extremely helpful and were able to give directions and provide great advice to navigate the city. The rooms are a little small but perfect given the location where most building are smaller. The space was enough for my wife, our 1 year old with a crib, and myself. The pool and bar/restaurant upstairs were an amazing feature. The terrace gives you a very nice view of the cathedral and the Sagrada Família.

Central but basic.

Great location and great breakfast compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at. Our room was a little stuffy and had some ants in the bathroom but for one night it was ok.

The hotel had a great vibe. We had a great lunch on the rooftop. They make an excellent Sangria! The ceiling fan in the room was a special treat and it was very roomy.

The location was amazing, so close to the Cathedral. We really enjoyed fining on the rooftop patio. It was nice to just walk up, no reservations needed. We also appreciated our luggage being stored (we arrived really early off a cruise ship) and then delivered to our room once it was ready. They emailed when the room was ready, sooner than expected. Staff was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.
