I want to point out that the only thing positive in our stay was the sympathy of the staff, all the other areas didn't go well. First of all, they gave us an accessible room that was not shown in the photos, whenever I went to the bathroom it looked like I was in a hospital. The floor had stains all over the carpet and the AC didn't work. Don't recommend it.

After driving 05hours from Porto, i was looking forward to a nice comfy room for me to rest. The last thing that I would expect was a room without air conditioning. Was told and advised by staff that there was no fan available and to open the balcony door during our rest. As there was a festival going on just outside the hotel, the noise did not stop until 0300. With the balcony door opened and curtains drawn opened, we could not sleep at all in a stuffy and lighted room. When we feedback our experience to the receptionist during checkout, she extended her apologies but she was unable to do anything.

Located on a Main Street in Lixa, very quiet and decent sized rooms. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Free parking was just across the street. Overall excellent and great value for the money. We would highly recommend staying here!

En déplacement professionnel, une nuit: très bien, très bon conseil pour le restaurant. J'avais une chambre côté rue...on entend bien les voitures. Le traffic diminue suffisamment pour pouvoir passer une bonne nuit. Literie Super.

Atendimento espetacular, sempre prestáveis e disponíveis. Cama muito confortável. Apesar do hotel ser no centro da cidade, esquecemo-nos rapidamente desse facto, pela zona exterior tão agradável.

Super hôtel, très propre et moderne. J’ai adoré le petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel, super gentil

Très mal dormi, chambre située du côté rue trop de bruit par le passage des véhicules toute la nuit et tôt le matin, le prix est excessif au regard de ce problème. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Me gustó todo, atención del personal, instalaciones, habitación increíble, desayuno perfecto. Lo que mas nos gustó fue el baño de la habitación. Pero lo dicho, en general todo.

O hotel tem uma decoração fantástica. O único mal que teve, foi que o restaurante não estava de serviço e não podemos jantar no hotel. À volta do hotel não tinha nenhum restaurante que estivesse à altura das minhas expectativas.

Hotel excelente. Equipe muito simpática. Mino almoço também muito gostoso. Cidade muito pequena!

Hotel pequeno mas muito bem decorado, o serviço eficiente e o pessoal muito simpático. Ótimo pequeno almoço. Num aspeto menos bom a pouca insonorização dos quartos virados para a praça onde alguém se lembrou de podar arvores num domingo de manhã..

O hotel é todo novinho, bem localizado, limpo e aconchegante. Vale ressaltar o bom serviço, em especial da atendente Cátia, que chamou a atenção também de um casal de amigos que estava lá hospedado. O lado negativo ficou por conta de um dj do outro lado da rua até altas horas. Apesar de não ser atribuição do hotel, eles poderiam ter uma resposta mais satisfatória ainda mais porque passava de 1h da manhã
