Our family had an excellent stay at The Birks Hotel. The hotel, restaurant and rooms were all beautiful. The food at Henri was excellent, as was the service. Both our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite. We hope to visit again soon!

Clean room but 1 Little shower gel for 2 people just doesn’t cut it. Very thin walls you can hear room next to u. Staff at bar were great!!

We only had dinner at the hotel and it was not the best experience. We had breakfast outside.

Perfect location, for shopping and restaurants, staff was excellent and more than helpful, restaurant and bar was amazing, we are planning to go back.

Starting to look dated. Rugs need changing. They didn’t give us the room we booked and only changed it when I inquired after seeing the room and knowing it wasn’t the one I booked. How do you mess that up? First room smelled dusty on top of it all.
