- Dirty towels - Old rooms - TV mostly only uses national channels - Rooms are not soundproof - Parking spaces are very difficult to compete for with mall visitors, parking access to the hotel lobby is very complicated - Swimming pool water is freezing, maybe because it's indoor - Food is lacking in variety; the black sticky rice porridge is literally bland, the dim sum is hard, etc. + Spacious rooms, close to the mall, overall clean bathrooms, hair dryers, cozy music in the in-room dining area, free parking for up to 7 days
