Very good hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, location to everything.

close to everywhere and pleasant, lots of food

The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. There's plenty of food and a supermarket at Intermark Mall. It's close to other malls. Luckily, we got the connecting room we wanted. We'll definitely return to the Double Tree Hotel.

Strategic location, right next to the mall. The room is clean. However, the amenities are incomplete. The drinking water isn't bottled, but refillable, which can be a bit daunting for those unfamiliar with it. This isn't a problem, except it's a bit of a hassle having to buy your own. Overall, it's okay for a stay.

A great place to stay at KLCC, the breakfast was plentiful and very good.

Check in was a breeze and the staff were really warm and friendly! Room was spacious, definitely exceeded my expectations there. However, some spaces or areas in the hotel may look a little dated, and a little off from how I’d imagine Hilton properties would be. Nonetheless, for the price, it’s definitely value for money!

Perfect recovery. We went for FM in the morning and plan to recover here. Perfect plan to recover after long run.

I had a lovely staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a short getaway to relax. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambience felt calm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in until check-out, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the small details and good service throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, close to shopping malls and easy to access, yet still feels peaceful. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a comfortable staycation or business stay.

Even though DoubleTree by Hilton KL is a five-star hotel, it doesn’t quite feel like one. The room was a little dated, and the drop-off point is at the shopping centre, which means you need to walk and go up a level to reach the check-in counter — not the most convenient, especially with luggage. That said, the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and I did enjoy the signature Hilton cookie upon arrival. The location is great — we were in KL for the New Year countdown, and it was about a 15-minute walk to KLCC for the fireworks. Overall, while it may not fully live up to a five-star experience, it is still good value for money with a strong location and excellent service.

It's a very comfortable stay, the hotel room was very clean, bright, homey feeling. The location is perfect, it's not in a crowded building, but still you find everything there. There are many restaurants, the supermarket downstairs is perfect. It's our second time there and InshaAllah will come back there again.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the gym and sauna. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of Malay, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.

Overall rating is excellent for me, only the train noise in the early morning and late night is something on the bad side of my experience,
