Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was very enjoyable, with a very comfortable atmosphere. For all the things my family and I experienced while staying here, I can give it a 9.0/10. Some feedback for management: 1. Parking could be expanded (not parked outside the hotel area). 2. Regarding the age limit for children under 12 years old, breakfast should be increased. Children over 5 years old will be charged Rp 100,000 for breakfast. This is quite expensive, considering how much space can accommodate children aged 5-11 years old. The food itself is quite varied and served freshly. 3. In the swimming pool area on the 3rd floor, perhaps a wind barrier could be installed to prevent wind blowing from outside the building towards the pool area. The gusts are very strong and the wind blowing towards the pool is very cold. Based on my experience at other hotels where the pool (also warm water) is in an open area (not on the 3rd floor, but on the ground floor), the wind isn't as strong as yours. Consequently, I didn't enjoy the pool facilities as much. Based on my overall experience, I can say that I am SATISFIED with your service and facilities. I hope this feedback and review will encourage Luxton Bandung to make significant improvements to maintain customer satisfaction and increase our loyal customer base over time, across generations. The service is quite satisfactory, the location is in the city center so it's easy to get around.

when I got it on the 5th floor facing the pool, the pool was nice, the water wasn't cold.. food was okay gym was okay, location was okay

A pleasant stay, with friendly and helpful staff during check-in and a quick check-in process. The location is close to the city center and the Wi-Fi is quite fast. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Valet parking is available if the parking lot is full.

I stayed at Luxton from December 24-26, 2025, at Luxton, one of the older hotels that still exists and is in good condition. The hospitality and strategic location, close to the city center and the shopping districts, made my family and I choose this hotel. Please improve the Wi-Fi and increase the food variety. strategically located at the heartbeat of bandung, it makes you easy to explore bandung city centre. room is also spacious and clean. swimming pool is somewhat disappointing, me and family stayed for two nights and the pool is always heavily used for swimming course (which hinders privacy of hotel's guess). Room is not soundproof which makes outside streetnoise disrupt sleeping quality.

amazing experience, the spa tube does not work, water kettle needs to be requested, no complimentary bottle water, noisy AC is your best friend at night, confusing west wing and east wing without direction, breakfast area is the best, egg station had a long queue, you can get tissue/napkin if lucky, overflow seating in front of the lift blocking people entering and out of the lift, as well as traffic in and out to the east wing building, the best feature is upstairs overflow seating which is the most safest location where you or your child could have a handful of plates while walking up and down without worry...
