I got a smoking room, whereas usually, if a hotel has smoking, it's outside the room, not inside. It was really stuffy. There was a window but no screen, so there was no lighting. The room was dimly lit. The room was old-fashioned, not what I expected or pictured. Oh yeah, the power went out for about 3 minutes, wow. Sorry, I'm disappointed with a hotel like Swissbell. It's really not worth it 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay at the Swiss Bell Kendari, especially the super friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, Best Western is the best.
