I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff was very friendly, though some were a bit unfriendly, but it's okay, no problem. Maybe they were tired from work, hehe. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My kids loved it. There's a swimming pool for the kids, complete facilities, and a gym too.

Overall good, clean, and comfortable.

I really like it and it is comfortable to rest alone or in a group.

The hotel looks grand, but its facilities and comfort are still lacking. It seems like improvements are needed to make the hotel atmosphere more comfortable, including upgrading the facilities.

Came back just to check after my family's last stay before COVID. It's not as great as before and the price has gone up too high. To my surprise, the breakfast quality has gone down. Though our favorite non-smoking floor has been upgraded, we miss our homey Harmony.

A very large hotel in Batam City. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the spacious and clean lobby. I imagined the hotel rooms would be as comfortable as the lobby. It turned out the rooms weren't up to par. The rooms were quite spacious, but the furniture looked dated, and the mattress was a bit hard, making sleeping uncomfortable. I found the bathroom a bit odd, with the bathtub positioned high. Otherwise, it was fine, as the hotel is just a short walk to the nearest mall, which isn't too busy.

The hotel is very nice and the service is good. The price is affordable, but it's a shame there was a musty smell in the room and the noise of the renovation workers going on late at night. Hopefully, the air conditioning and carpeting can be improved and the renovations can be tailored to guest comfort. The food is also delicious, and the check-in/check-out process is smooth.

The room lights are not bright enough, everything else is fine.
