The service was excellent. All the staff I encountered were friendly. The location is also safe and close to various shops for daily needs.

Comfortable and cool place, suitable for families.

I booked 8 rooms for a family event from September 18-20, 2025. The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel was comfortable. However, in some rooms, the toilet water flowed slowly. Please fix this. Overall, it was enjoyable. Thanks.

The hotel is ⭐⭐⭐ suitable and the rooms are spacious, providing a good night's sleep. Easy access everywhere, friendly and good service.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom needs a lot of renovation in room 214. The door is broken, the toilet is leaking water. The AC is quite cold, the blanket has holes in it...

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are very large and cleaned daily by the staff. Each upper room has its own balcony, so if you like the morning air, this hotel is perfect for you. It's also not noisy even though the hotel is on the main road of Demangan. There are lots of places to eat, there's an Indomaret, a coffee shop, a laundry, and it's close to the side entrance of UNY and the main entrance of UNY. It's definitely worth it ❤️

It's very comfortable, but the water heater doesn't work well, it's still very hot when it's cold.

Arrived on time at 14.00 and was already tired and wanted to rest quickly, but when we got there we were told to wait because the room wasn't ready, okay if we had to wait 5-10 minutes, we waited 45 minutes before we could check in, and there was no compensation from the hotel for the late check in, the receptionist staff on duty at that time didn't want to be blamed and said "sorry but this is not my fault, but the fault of the staff on duty cleaning the room". even though it was enough to apologize and not defend yourself, because after all they are still one team of lpp hotel staff. even though the receptionist could have been friendlier and could have controlled her emotions, and if there was no late check in, this hotel is good and comfortable, but unfortunately from the start I had an unpleasant experience

For me who doesn't like cramped rooms, this could be a great option. Thank God I got a room in the front building near the entrance and exit. Standard but complete amenities, water heater, TV, soap dispenser, toothbrush. In front of the hotel there is gudeg rice and Indomaret.

This hotel is strategically located and close to places to eat, what needs to be improved is the toilet, where the shower water flow is not good for bathing because it is too small, then the toilet needs to be renovated, the exhaust fan in the toilet is also broken, I have complained but until the third day it turned out to be the same, both the shower and exhaust fan are still not optimal. For breakfast, it was delivered to the room, the fruit was not fresh. Thank you.
