So far, the room, staff, and food have been quite satisfactory, but there were a few things I wasn't entirely satisfied with. First, when I checked in, there were no towels or washcloths in front of the bathroom. I think this is important, because at other hotels, they're usually there when you check in. When I asked the receptionist, they told me they would be given them after sunset because the laundry schedule hadn't arrived yet. I assumed this was because the hotel was previously an apartment building, so it didn't have its own laundry room like other hotels. I decided to go swimming while waiting for the towels, but they weren't given until 8 p.m. Honestly, I was disappointed at the time, because I hadn't brought towels from home. I've always had them provided in my room at other hotels. Second, the number to call the receptionist wasn't available, even though there was a phone in the room. I had to go back and forth downstairs to ask when the towels would be delivered. Finally, I tried using WhatsApp, and it worked. So, what's the point of having a phone in the room if it can't be used? Third, the TV couldn't be operated. Honestly, this isn't a big deal for me, but it would be nice if the TV could be used (with YouTube and Netflix). We're in this modern era, and some hotels are already using smart TVs. I hope the hotel can fix this issue and make it even better in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

This is a hotel I always visit on family vacations. I love the spacious rooms, dining table, and bathtub. On the fifth floor, there's a large swimming pool and a heated whirlpool. Overall, everything is great.

Menginap di The Belezza Suites by Nemuru adalah salah satu agenda penutup tahun yang menyenangkan. Menginap di kamar Busines Suite, kamarnya bersih dan cukup luas. Ketika remote AC nya sedikit terkendala, teknisi dengan cepat datang untuk membetulkan remotenya. Staff FO nya tanggap dan sigap. Security nya juga dangat helpfull. Menu sarapan pagi juga cukup beragam dengan rasa yang enak. Untuk yang membawa anak-anak hotel ini bisa menjadi pilihan karena kolam renangnya sangat ramah anak. Lokasi hotel sangat dekat ke Pusat Kota dan beberapa Mall. Di lantai paling bawah langsung terkoneksi ke Pusat Perbelanjaan sehingga sangat mudah untuk mencari makanan. Tenant yang ada juga cukup variatif. Catatan dari kami, sofa di ruang TV saja yang sepertinya perlu di cuci ulang karena tampak banyak pulau2 disana.

This is one of the worst hotel that I ever stayed. Things that went bad: 1. When I entered the room, it was dirty. You can see that it wasnt maintain properly. 2. Wifi, Phone and TV were not working. I need to go back to reception to ask a staff to fix it, since the Phone is not working as well 3. The linen is dirty, I was itching when I stayed there. Can’t imagine what caused my itch 4. The room service? terrible. I need to go down as well to order it. All the food was overcooked and over seasoned. It was so bad. 5. They have a whatsapp number, but guess what? when I mssg them, no reply whatsoever Verdict: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I used this hotel for my wedding preparation.. when I saw the photos and reviews. The people looked nice and clean and well maintained… but when I entered the room it was not well maintained, the bathroom was full of moss and the water tap from the toilet was leaking and making puddles everywhere.. and the room was dusty and the cupboard seemed like it had never been wiped or cleaned for decades.. I rented 1 room that contained 3 bedrooms which meant for 6 people but the glasses and drinks were only for 2 people.. what was more disappointing was when I asked for clean towels from 7:00 PM and they came at 10:00 AM the next morning.. the breakfast was very disappointing for a 4 star class where there was no variety and the taste was very very lacking 0 to 10 I gave a score of 4 which should have been if there were not many variations but the taste could have been better and tastier. My next disappointment was when I booked an executive room the night before, I had informed the receptionist that I wanted to move in earlier to prepare for my groom's wedding. From the night to the morning, I asked for help to move in earlier at 1:00 PM and on the 18th, I asked again to move in at 1:00 PM, but the receptionist only promised that I could move in at 1:30 PM. When I asked for the key at 2:00 PM, my room hadn't been cleaned yet, and it was finally 3:00 PM. It really messed up my event. What confuses me is why there are no customer reviews for these things because for me, customer reviews are important for self-improvement and to prevent customers from feeling trapped.
