Thank you for the wonderful stay. The facilities were complete, and the room was very comfortable. Absolutely top-notch.

The room service was very slow. For example, asking for cutlery or door mat or whatever, it had to be called the front office several times. Even if it was okay, it had to be asked several times, and it seemed like they had to confirm it between divisions many times because it took so long. Then on the last day, I asked for room cleaning, but it wasn't given, the reason being because it was the last day (total stay was approximately 5 nights if I'm not mistaken). Well, I paid until that day, sis, even late check out was also paid, so I'm not entitled to service. Oh, the first day I checked in and when I first moved in, the floor was dirty. Not recommended for this price with the service.

Everything is good, only the TV in the room doesn't work.

It's really worth it honestly, the room is spacious plus very complete, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathtub, and this is really suitable for those who really want a staycation because the facilities are SO MANY, from the swimming pool to there is a jacuzzi, gym, jogging track, and tennis court, and all the staff are really friendly. In short, it's really suitable for a staycation and family time!! The only thing lacking is the breakfast, in my opinion, the taste is xoxo, but otherwise it's awesome👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The swimming pool is nice. It has hot water. And the sports facilities are complete.

The hotel rooms and facilities are really good. The breakfast is just so-so, it should be more varied.

When checking in, the booked room was already occupied, so we had to wait to find another room.

I actually have no complaints about anything else: the room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Honestly, this should have been a fun experience until I was unlucky enough to stay there on March 28, 2026. A swimming club (I don't know what kind of professional team they were, they wore red and white shirts with INDONESIA written on them) took over most of the pool for practice, causing a disturbance. Eight professional swimmers lined up doing laps, preventing anyone from getting through. The coach whistled and shouted instructions. I don't care how professional you are, if you want to practice like this, please reserve the pool for private use. Don't cause a disturbance. There were kids playing ball in the water who had to move aside, and people who were swimming freely were trapped in a corner. This is a public place, please share with others! I request that the poolside staff be more vigilant and disciplined in situations like this.

Late check-in time, I arrived there around 2:05 PM, when I checked in I still had to wait, with the excuse that "the room wasn't ready" and couldn't be sure when it would be ready, I was forced to stay until 3:30 PM, only after that I returned to the hotel and was able to enter the room. Oh yeah, there were lots of small cockroaches in the toilet, double check the pest control.

A hotel that is suitable for a staycation with family, there are many activities that can be done in the hotel area.

There's a bathtub in business class. Asian food is available. Right in front of the ITC Permata Hijau busway stop. Alfa and Indo Mart are also available. There are also eateries nearby.

The hotel staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. Complaints were not responded to properly.

This is our 3rd time staying here, with this type of room and disappointed. 1. When we entered, there were no towels + mats 2. The main room which usually has a TV, this one does not have one 3. The microwave which usually has one, this one does not have one 4. Asking for plates and cooking utensils... takes a long time 5. The room phone is just a decoration so you have to go to the lobby/reception to ask for anything.

New Year's Eve here, spacious room, there is a living room & dining table, there is a sink, refrigerator, water heater, glasses but unfortunately there are no spoons, even to stir coffee my husband uses sachet coffee shells, everything else is good, comfortable, large swimming pool, there is also a jacuzzi, breakfast has not many variations but the taste is good

The location is opposite ITC Permata Hijau, New Year's Eve here with family, the grande suite type room has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enough for a crowd, there is a guest table & dining table enough for family gathering, I booked 2 grande suites, one of which was ready at 4 pm, so we gathered first in the first room, watching fireworks in the middle of the night from room 916 was also fun, the swimming pool is spacious, there is also a zacuzzi, the breakfast variety is not much, but the taste is good, in general it is quite good for a family staycation, sometime I want to come here again with my family
