The hotel's cleanliness is lacking, starting from the room, the sheets are stained, the equipment in the bedroom is not well maintained. For the bathroom, the water works well. I asked to move rooms, fortunately I was previously placed on the top floor where the sink was not working and the room atmosphere was also very uncomfortable. For breakfast because there were no visitors, they were only given one menu (choose fried rice/noodles) and warm tea, but the taste of the fried rice was good. For the staff, there were also few, not many coming and going, it seemed like there was no life😅. Oh yeah, the phone in the room also didn't work so I couldn't call the hotel staff for anything, previously in the upstairs room too. When the hotel is quiet, the atmosphere is honestly creepy🥲. The point is that the hotel management needs to improve how to fix everything. It's a shame that a hotel this big has so many shortcomings.

A relaxing place to stay

The location is far from the city center. The road is uphill. But it's spacious inside and there are more than 2 swimming pools. The parking lot is spacious. But unfortunately there are lots of cats roaming around and there are traces of their droppings. CS is not on standby in front of the table. Always hiding in the room. Add breakfast for only 35k but it only has fried rice, fried noodles and green beans with coffee and tea. Don't expect too much variety of food. It's better to just have a room without breakfast.
