An older hotel, but still nice. It's worth the price. It's located in the city center, perfect for those who want to be in the city center, not in Senggigi.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, fully equipped, the air is cool because there are windows, which is definitely affordable.

Late check in because the room was not ready yet, in parallel we were given 1 room while waiting for the other room to be cleaned until 4 pm, then it was seen that the bed sheet still had blood spots and yellow stains, it seemed like the bed sheet was not replaced, only tidied up, then the towels were delivered late until the evening, with the excuse that the occupancy was full until the laundry was overloaded, very disappointed local residents who often staycation at Lombok Plaza

The AC in my room on the third floor was leaking, dripping water, and ended up injuring my 5-year-old toddler. His leg was torn after falling because the AC water hit the floor. I asked for it to be repaired immediately, but had to call housekeeping and reception several times. Finally, it was repaired because I complained directly to the staff who were cleaning the rooms on each floor.

The location is very strategic and the facilities are good.

Very cool, complete room facilities

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The price is affordable, the facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly.

Everything is okay, just the faucet on the sink is a bit wobbly and there are stains on the duvet cover.

A comfortable hotel, strategically located in downtown Mataram, clean rooms, friendly and prompt staff service, easy access to Lombok cuisine nearby, and quite complete hotel facilities. A few nights at Lombok Plaza left a very positive impression. 👍
