First impressions were immediately good! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The location was also easy to reach. The room was so comfortable, it made me feel reluctant to leave. 😆 The food was delicious and quite varied, plus the staff was very friendly. For the price, I think it was totally worth it!

Staying here has a very calm and relaxing vibe. It's perfect for a quick escape from the routine. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and smell great. The service is also excellent, with the staff readily assisting you if you need anything. The food is also delicious, especially the breakfast. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this is one of those hotels that really makes you feel at home. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable; the staff are all friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable for relaxing. Breakfast is also delicious, with a wide selection, so you won't get bored. Overall, I'm very satisfied, it's worth it, and I want to come back!

The hotel is clean, the lobby smells good, and there's a welcome drink. All the staff are friendly. Greetings are served in the room at no extra charge. Breakfast has a fairly wide variety, with standard hotel taste. Since there was only a short time left for breakfast, I asked if I could have bread brought to my room, and they allowed me to. The swimming pool is heated and there are kids' activities too. On the second day, the kids could ride a horse-drawn carriage. The room was clean, but unfortunately, I was given a connecting room, which was a bit disturbing because of the noise from the next room. Around 3-4 am, I heard a banging sound every few minutes. It was a bit far away, but it continued until the morning after breakfast. I don't know what the sound was, but hopefully they'll pay more attention in the future. Thank you.

My two stays here have been very memorable. All the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area is top-notch.

Everything was comfortable, and my goal of a complete rest at the hotel was fulfilled. I'll definitely be back again.

There's a lack of accessibility for people with disabilities or wheelchairs through the lobby. The food is delicious, but it doesn't seem to have as much variety compared to other 5-star hotels I've stayed at.

In essence, this is one hotel you must try.

My family and I stayed at The Papandayan Hotel from 23–30 May 2026, reserving 2 Classic Twin rooms. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay and made us feel well cared for throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the Edelweiss Spa, where I enjoyed two treatments during my stay. The spa services were excellent, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, and well worth it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Papandayan Hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We look forward to returning in the future.

best hotel ive ever visited!! i came from jakarta and stayed for only 1 night, and its not enough for sure ahaahaha. the staffs are very helpful, even i just asked the location of the pool/garden, they guided us to got there. i very enjoyed the bfast, they had various tempting food & beverages. one minus i got, they’re forgot to refill the conditioner, but it doesn’t matter. 100/100⭐️

1. The room is spacious, cool, and has a bathtub. The hotel also provides a separate bubble bath from the shower. 2. The swimming pool is heated, but it's only switched to warm mode on weekends. On weekdays, the room temperature is just lukewarm, not too cold. 3. The facilities include a kids' club that's open until 2 p.m. (we didn't try it), a mini garden with fish and a waterfall, and a piano. 4. The staff is friendly and helpful. I booked a no-reschedule option, but they helped me change it due to a system error when booking via the app, and there was no additional charge. 5. The buffet food is mediocre, not very varied. However, some of the dishes are delicious. They include tahu gejrot (fried tofu with coconut milk), mie bakso (meatball noodles), lontong curry (curry rice cake), fried foods, and a coffee latte. Oh, and children aged 6-11 are charged the kids' price.

So far, this has been a very memorable experience traveling with my family. There's a play area for the kids and plenty of activities for them. The rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant facilities are really cool. The kids weren't confused about what to eat; the choices are plentiful and delicious. This is my wife's recommendation and choice after researching many reviews. If I have the time and opportunity to go to Bandung again, I plan to return here.

My stay at The Papandayan Hotel was truly memorable and a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. Check-in was quick, the staff friendly, and the rooms and amenities were complete. The breakfast menu was very varied and delicious. I'll definitely take my kids there again next time I'm on vacation. This kid-friendly hotel offers a play area and free horse-drawn carriage rides around the hotel. The kids also received free bricks from the hotel. The backyard boasts koi fish and a waterfall, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Thank God, it was really comfortable, meeting my favorite football player.
