The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Hotel staff now are very different. They are now lazy and not friendly. Food variety and tastes are sucks.

If you're from out of town, you'll be given a room on the first floor, not one with a good view. This means you won't enjoy the experience, even though the price is quite high compared to other competitors.
