The hotel staff was friendly, and the room service was also pleasant. When I asked to move rooms because the first one smelled of cigarettes, they immediately responded. Thank you.

The check-in staff were unfriendly, there was no explanation regarding Wi-Fi, breakfast vouchers, and there was no availability of upper floors, even though I had explained what I wanted in the booking. Furthermore, the activity outside the room was very audible in the room, so it was very noisy if someone pushed a trolley or had footsteps outside the room.

After complaining, we were finally given a suitable room. Going forward, we must ensure the app reservation is correct.

My stay at the Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru was quite satisfying. It's strategically located in the city center, close to shopping areas. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast menu was varied and quite tasty. However, the lobby can get a bit crowded and noisy during events, and the limited seating makes check-in and check-out a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it's still a good choice for a stay in Pekanbaru.
