The bathroom is not very clean and not well maintained. The hot water only stays hot for a short time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a swimming pool. Unfortunately, there was no mountain view from the room.

The strategic location is easy to find, the hotel is quite spacious, has an elevator, and there's a restaurant, but the prices are quite high. The staff is friendly. There's a swimming pool, but the water is cold. The amenities are complete.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and the food is delicious.

I've stayed here twice. But this time I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The pillows and bed smelled musty, there were several cockroaches in the room, it smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom was dirty and had cigarette ash. Even though I'd booked a non-smoking room on the app, I hope this can be improved, considering this is a luxury hotel.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, the building is very poorly maintained, the terrace chairs are bad, the bathroom smells and is dirty, the TV doesn't work, there is no telephone, so if you need anything you have to go to the lobby which is more than 50 meters away, there is no crew to eat at the cafe. The plus side is the staff is very friendly, I feel sorry for them, the management is not at fault. Oh yeah, the hot water is great, no problem, and the surrounding environment is nice.

An old hotel with a spacious area, but lacking in cleanliness. Some areas appear to be poorly maintained and the building is poorly maintained. The spacious family suite room consists of 2 queen beds, a good bathroom with a bathtub that looks new and luxurious, and some of the furniture in the room is also new. However, the pillows and curtains smell, and the room also has an unpleasant musty smell, which makes it uncomfortable. The swimming pool area has a children's area and an adult area, but there are no additional facilities for children's games, either around the pool or around the hotel. The restaurant provides a lack of variety in breakfast, the taste is also mediocre, there is no cereal for children even though it was the weekend, and there is also a sweet porridge menu but there is no porridge (only pearls, kentan, coconut milk). Breakfast starts at 7 but by 8, many of the dishes are already sold out and not immediately refilled. Chairs and tables are limited and poorly maintained. The staff is limited and slow to respond, it seems there is a shortage of human resources. There was an item left in the room at checkout but you have to ask first before being answered if there is something left (and it took a long time to reply and what happened was not fixed after 2x24 hours, they said they would help send it). The call center is unreachable, and WhatsApp responses are slow. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future with more varied facilities, as the area is very large.

Stayed at the Royal Trawas three-bedroom villa. The room was quite spacious, but there was no air conditioning. I thought a villa would have cooking utensils, but it turned out there were none. It was like a regular hotel room. The water was off for quite a while in the morning, just as the kids were taking a shower after swimming. The plus side was the cool atmosphere, though it was quite chilly at night. There were also many vendors selling various types of satay (sate).

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. There were plenty of food stalls and cafes in front of the hotel. The rooms were spacious with large, clean beds, but the bathrooms were a little smelly.

Crowded... People were shouting, the sound of event music penetrated into the room... Even though my room was on the 5th floor. Maybe because the hotel was so full, breakfast was already finished at 8 o'clock and not refilled.

I came to check-in at midnight and the staff was friendly, only the bathroom area needs attention in terms of cleanliness.

I always come back here on vacation because it's so much fun. Thank God I got a special price. Hopefully, the service will be even better.

The pool is clean, the water is clear, and it doesn't feel too chlorine-laden. The hotel also has a pleasant atmosphere, but the TV is still old-fashioned and can't connect to the internet. There's no playground; a playground would be even better.

The location and view are very cool, the coolness makes you feel at home. It's a momentary healing experience that refreshes your mood. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Stayed on a weekend, so there was a night market. It was delicious and cheap, so you didn't have to go out for dinner.

Friendly staff, even though I forgot to return it for 2 days, I didn't even ask for it 😂🙏. The place is cool, the only downside is the room, for the price of 500++ for the room, it's not really that great. The wooden door is starting to break, there are lots of stains on the mattress, even one of our pillows still smells of sweat, the ceiling is also bad. How can I explain it, basically the room facilities are not worth it for that price. As for the hotel facilities and atmosphere.. nothing bad.

Thank God, I really enjoyed staying here. The price is affordable, the environment is beautiful and cool, I want to come back again. The place is great and comfortable. It's clean too. There are lots of breakfast options. I really like it ❤️
