Helpful and friendly staff while around the hotel

This hotel is amazing. Best place to stay while in Jogjakarta. All were superb start from the staff, services, room and especially the dish. You guys must stay here when in Jogjakarta.

Staff very friendly and most wellcome, vacility all ok, like the pool, garden and others. Only to acces youtube in tv to dificult ( no fast acces in remote). Thanks

Very good in all aspects, only yesterday the lady was not informed when the room was ready for check in even though she had already ordered it from the receptionist beforehand. Overall, it was great and the staff were friendly.

Check in was very smooth, coincidentally just checked in around 4 am because I went to Jogja by train and the staff were all alert, friendly and without delay we were able to check in to our room. Breakfast also has many variations and the most delicious is the gudeg. I don't know why I usually don't like gudeg, but the gudeg at this restaurant is a must try. All the staff are friendly and greet us when we pass by. This is a kids-friendly hotel too because there are many activities for children, there is also a kids corner for breakfast. We will come back for sure, and bring the kiddos here too!

The best hotel in Jogja. Strategic location... comfortable atmosphere... luxurious. Typical Jogja hospitality that makes you want to come back. The food and drinks at the restaurant... hmm, no need to ask... everything is delicious, lots of variety.

This hotel is the best in Jogja. Starting from the excellent service, all the staff are friendly and respond quickly when needed. The facilities are also all great. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also very delicious, there are also lots of choices. It's really worth it to stay at this hotel 👍👍

I was really happy to be able to stay at Royal Ambarrukmo, the kids were also happy because there were lots of toys, awesome!!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the surrounding area. The historical relics of the palace are still preserved. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Yogyakarta.

As far as I know, this hotel has been around for a long time. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff here are friendly and always helpful. The breakfast menu has a lot of choices, and everything is delicious. The hotel is very suitable for family vacations, with very interesting hotel facilities for children. Easy access because it is on the side of the Adi Sucipto highway. Hopefully, I can come here again next time, when there is a promotion hehe
