The staff was extremely unprofessional. Upon arrival, there was no confirmation from the receptionist; only the guard who contacted the owner via WhatsApp. The staff didn't even care about us; if we looked for them, they couldn't find them and then they disappeared. Parking is inadequate, only able to accommodate two cars. It was an uncomfortable experience because we were moved without any confirmation. The room was inadequate, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and dark, there were many stains on the floor, and the bathroom was unclean due to the soil and plants not being maintained. I couldn't stand staying here for long.

The AC in the first room was very hot, so we ended up moving to the back room, which was much nicer, both in terms of space and view. It was worth it for the back room.

The view from the family room on the 3rd floor facing the beach is very beautiful, unfortunately the one on the 2nd floor is blocked by a building. The room is spacious, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be improved... when it rains, the stairs to the room are a bit slippery.

We arrived at 11:00 WITA after a long journey (18 hours). When we arrived at the villa, all the lights were off, the guard was also asleep, so we had to knock on the room first. Actually, the room was comfortable, the AC was cold. It turned out that when I checked out, I left my pillow, and when I returned to pick it up the next day, the villa was empty, no one was there, not even the guard was there (the room was open). My pillow was placed in the gazebo in front of the guard's room, apparently used for sleeping. As a child who is sensitive about ownership, this was a bit scary.

The staff were very responsive and the service was very fast. The location and views are great. Highly recommended!

The place is nice, clean, complete, the room smells good, the room atmosphere is romantic, the location is still ok, the service is good, friendly.

Easy check-in/out, friendly staff, foreigner-style breakfast you can choose yourself, cheap hotel prices with complete facilities, there is a kitchen in the room too.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Very helpful and not calculating. The room and the surrounding environment are clean and fragrant. The location is not too far from the snorkeling spot. Western breakfast, taste 7.5/10

Didn't expect that there would be a mini kitchen and refrigerator. Beyond expectations.

Good location and easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the swimming pool in front of our room was out of service because the water was green, but overall experience was good, the room with ocean view.

The room was clean and they also have 2 pools. I love it so much with a beach view, like I feel I don't want to go back home, so comfortable. Thank you also for the staff, so welcoming 😁. Next time, I hope I will come back and stay in the same room.

We booked room with pool view but in real we are alocated at the behind which can not see any view. Also we did not get inform why we were placed in a room that did not match with our booking.

The staff is not friendly, please make the service friendlier even though they are not foreign guests.

Not bad for that price, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, beautiful view, only access to the room is still by manual stairs, no drinking water or toiletries, other staff are very friendly but some staff are cold with local tourists, just a suggestion for breakfast so you don't have to queue up and wait a long time, you can choose the breakfast menu the day before and it can be delivered directly to your room in the morning, thank you, Grace Villa.

The location is ok on the side of the road, the rooms and cleanliness are ok, but the place is dark at night, for breakfast take pancakes and salty scrambled eggs🥹.

My wife really enjoyed staying here.
