Actually at the beginning I was really happy, the room was upgraded from Deluxe to Suite for free. But when I arrived at the room, it turned out that the electricity in the Living Room often went out / went out. After 2 nights there, I felt more at home in the upper room. I asked to see it because I was a bit scared that something might happen but at that time they said that there was no engineering on standby. But overall it was totally worth it to stay there.

The hotel staff at check-in were friendly but after entering the room there was a problem on the TV with no programs broadcast. Needup problem. Very loud when opened. We have informed the hotel staff. We were also not offered to move rooms. Even though it was my birthday. Hoping for something special but it's not 😔.

Not according to expectations, the room was dirty, lots of dust, the villa was not well maintained and very creepy and the TV didn't turn on. I checked in 20 minutes and immediately checked out.

Overall everything is good, the service is friendly, and the villas are still comfortable. However, it still needs a thorough renovation because of the old age of the villa and routine infrastructure checks by the maintenance team so that the villa is ready at any time.

The sound of a very melodious frog in the rain and cold night, makes you sleep soundly.

Booked for 2 night for my wedding anniversary with my husband, decided to left the villa for goods and search for another hotel. At first the lobby was empty. I have to wait 10 mins till the lady came. They change our room with reason that the room we booked was full and under maintenance. The floor was full of dust, the toilet broken, the AC sounds so loud and the room smells really bad. We got no tissues or proper amenities. When we made complaint, the management did nothing. Not even proper apologies or anything to make me and my husband feels better. I still try to be nice and wait how they will try to fix things. But till I left, there were no technicians come to fix my toilet or AC. It was an awful and horrible experiences. This place ruin the mood for such an amazing celebration as my anniversary. Supposed to be wonderful time, but this place just so bad.

The place is nice, the villa is spacious, beyond expectation.

Staf ramah dan susana tenang dan nyaman pas buat bersantai. Cuma tv tidak ada channel dan waktu cek innya lama. Dan kolamnya kurang terawat. Buat kamar bersih dan nyaman. Itu aja sih . Makasih
