Expired keycard ask for help from the staff immediately helped, we just wait, all special requests are fulfilled. The downside is that the hotel needs to be upgraded again even though it is supported by friendly staff and existing facilities, it just needs more maintenance to be more jossss

The room needs some renovation. It's a shame the breakfast isn't a buffet, as they only have six people staying. Oh yeah, replace the balcony railing; the wood is rotting.

Hotel Royal Tretes is highly recommended for a vacation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great views. It's also right in front of Alfamart, so you won't have to worry about finding food.

Room 519 is less recommended, overlooking residents' laundry. The pool area is dirty, and many of the facilities are damaged. Breakfast is à la carte only, not buffet-style due to the lack of guests.

The hotel staff is friendly, the receptionist who replied to my WhatsApp messages was also friendly. However, the first time I stayed on a weekday, the night felt quiet, especially in the executive room, as if I were alone. But on the weekends, it was really busy! There was only one thing, when I stayed, the sink in my room suddenly got clogged. Luckily, I used to work in a hotel, so I tried to open the sink pipe, and it turned out there was a plastic bag from a previous guest's soap that might have gotten stuck in the sink pipe. I might suggest checking the sink pipe to prevent something like this from happening again. And overall, it was comfortable.

My first stay at this hotel was very memorable. The hotel and rooms were always clean. The food was delicious, but I found the menu to be lacking in variety. I'll stay again next time, and hopefully the menu will be more varied.

First time staying at Hotel Royal Tretes View on May 31 - June 1, 2026. Security was very professional and prompt in directing the car to park. The check-in process was long because there was only one check-in officer and coincidentally there were 2 places of worship holding retreats there. The hotel needs rejuvenation because many of the hotel rooms had damp and moldy walls so the air was unpleasant. I got a breakfast quota but I didn't use it because the group retreat breakfast was in the same place as regular hotel guests, where the group should have eaten in the ballroom/room they rented. The hotel also smelled of cigarettes because many guests were free to smoke everywhere.

Stayed for the second time, still satisfying.. worth it for the price.. but unfortunately the breakfast is not very tasty and the menu is limited.
