My stay at Grand Hap Solo was a pleasant one. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and upon checking out, I left my wallet in my room and the hotel staff informed me via WhatsApp. It was very helpful. The proximity to tourist attractions and other places I wanted to visit was also convenient, making it a convenient place to stay. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel staff was very friendly, smiling, and responsive. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is strategically located in the city center, close to many malls. The facilities are also complete, including a gym and an indoor pool. The food was delicious and varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The price was also affordable.

The room's AC wasn't cold when we first moved in and had to wait about 45 minutes for repairs. The clothes hangers were dusty, as if they hadn't been used for a long time. We had to wipe them down one by one to make them fit for use. Furthermore, there were ants in the room, so the souvenirs we bought were swarmed with them. The refrigerator wasn't cold either. The bathroom drain also tended to be clogged, so the bathroom floor was always flooded when in use.

Stayed during Ramadan due to transit during my homecoming trip. Overall, it was pleasant, with a complete and varied pre-dawn meal. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to rest.

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. It's close to the Batik Solo Trans bus stop, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it perfect for those with parents. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to Solo.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We came here during Eid prayers, and it's very close to the prayer field. The location is very strategic.

Strategic location, easy to access, close to culinary spots and tourist destinations.

1. The room was damp, with many damp walls. 2. The food wasn't very varied, and the soto was cold. 3. Parking space was limited, and the person parking the car didn't put the gearshift in neutral after parking. So, when my friend tried to start the car, it lurched forward, though it didn't hit the car in front of it.
