Thank you so much Hotel Purnama, helped my extended family's halal bihalal event run smoothly and my extended family was all happy, with the best facilities, clean and beautiful environment, returning from Batu the vibe wanted to go there again, I rented 4 cottages and 11 superior rooms, the family was happy, and this is my 3rd time to this hotel, always success Hotel Purnama.

Suitable for families, very beautiful views and the natural atmosphere and playground are very good.

Staying here is highly recommended, the price varies depending on your needs, all the facilities and services are highly recommended, because I stayed there for 2 days, the kids were very happy, the food and service were very good, now there is AC, they are renovating it in stages. For the air that doesn't use AC when I was there it wasn't too hot, the air was still cool, because there are windows with wind in the front so the air can come in and out, the ceramics are cool too. Just a suggestion, for the bathroom please make an exhaust, because it's a bit smelly if you don't use it. For parking, it's very friendly and safe. That's all and thank you🙏

We stayed during Lebaran Holiday, so far the services was excellent, the waitress was really helpful and informative. The hotel actually feels like a 4-star hotel, eventhough it looks like it was built a long time ago, the decoration is kind of vintage style. Breakfast is great and you can sit with a beautiful mountain view. One thing that is a "little miss" is the pool, it was soo cold during the morning. We wish they prepared a located pool with hot water, well I know it will jump up the operational cost.

I've stayed here many times, I've been able to request a room several times, but this time I got a room that was quite far away, especially when my child was sick, it was a hassle having to walk a long way because he was sick.

The room was very clean. The amenities were complete, with hot water and a working refrigerator. In the morning, you can ride horses around the park for free. The staff was friendly and the pool was very complete, there was a playground, a rabbit park, the food was delicious, and there were free balloons after breakfast. I would definitely come back again.

The place is comfortable for families, the garden is spacious, there is a playground for small children, the atmosphere is pleasant.

On holiday to Batu, definitely stay overnight at Purnama Hotel

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the facilities were pleasant. The only downside was that when I wanted to go to the strawberry farm, it was closed, but that's okay; I was very satisfied with my stay!😊

I got a room in the new hotel expansion building. It was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathtub in my room was leaking, so I couldn't fill it with water for a soak.

The location is very strategic. You have to come here with a legendary vibe in mind. Cons: 1) When I checked in, there was still half a cigarette butt on the balcony. There was a small but long gap between the balcony floor and the wall, which was very visible. 2) It turns out the toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan or circulation, so if you're taking a shower and taking turns, it's a shame. 3) There are no power outlets on the bedside table, which is very important. 4) The TV is mounted on the wall, but not in the middle of the twin beds, but rather in the corner of the balcony door. I wanted to relax and watch TV, but it was a shame about my neck. Furthermore, the TV isn't a smart TV, and the channels are very limited. 5) I was on a motorcycle tour, but the parking lot for visitors wasn't very well-maintained. The canopy was made of corrugated iron and didn't cover the entire parking area. The area was also narrow, even though it had space for two rows, making it a bit difficult to get out. Furthermore, hotel staff also parked there. 6) Breakfast was a heavy meal of rice >> the only side dish was chicken in soy sauce, the vegetables were stir-fried baby mustard greens and vegetable soup, and the side dishes were a bit lacking because it was only chicken in soy sauce. 7) It was stiflingly hot at 2 a.m. I thought Batu would be cool, but it turned out to be quite hot in the middle of the night. Batu wasn't as cool as it used to be, and sleeping without a blanket was still hot, as the room didn't have air conditioning. 8) The Wi-Fi was often down and took a long time to connect, often losing signal. 9) The strategic location is a shame. At night, you can enjoy a view of the city lights. It would be so beautiful if there was a rooftop cafe to hang out and enjoy coffee while admiring the night view of the city lights or the mountains surrounding Batu. I ended up going upstairs because there was a cafe where you could hang out and watch the city lights. Pros: 1) There's a children's playground, seesaw, swings, slides, etc. 2) The green grassy garden with colorful flowers. It would be even prettier if the flowers were more abundant and spread out. 3) The receptionist and security were very friendly, top notch. I was touring and asked the receptionist and security for directions, and they explained them patiently and clearly. 4) There's an ATM at the front desk, which was very helpful.
