This is a pretty good hotel for those looking for affordable accommodation. It's close to Tunjungan Plaza, and the rooms are clean and have quite complete amenities. Go ahead and stay here, guys!

Overall, this hotel is actually good for transit and looking for a short distance to the city center, but I think it's lacking in terms of facilities and comfort.

The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly. But the upstairs of my room was noisy from last night. There were a lot of furniture (upstairs room) moving around until it was heard in my room. Then there was no shampoo, soap, even hand soap. Only a toothbrush was available.

The hotel doesn't have tea and coffee. The toilet smells. It's noisy.

The room is spacious, but not soundproof so it is a bit disturbed by the passing of other residents, overall it is okay for a short break, the atmosphere of the hotel room is a bit creepy

The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft mattress. The bathroom was clean and aesthetically pleasing, very pleasant.

The blankets were dirty, the Wi-Fi was down. It was hard to watch anything, and even if you wanted to watch TV, you had to report to the front desk first.

The hotel is cheap but comfortable, and the room is bright, even though it's windowless, so it doesn't feel gloomy.

There were many shortcomings in this hotel. The room still had candy wrappers left over when we first checked in. Then, in the morning, the water suddenly went out from 8 a.m. until check-out. There was a long line at check-out because there was only one receptionist and they were very busy. It was truly disappointing; the service quality could be improved.
