I really enjoyed staying here. Although the hotel is old, the rooms are comfortable and clean. I liked that the rooms have bathtubs and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all kind and friendly.

This hotel in Bandung is highly recommended, and the price is very affordable. It's next to Gramedia, close to Gedung Sate, Gasibu, and the Geological Museum. The deluxe double room is perfect for families. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious, perfect for kids. The room offers a view of Bandung. Unfortunately, the pool is not very comfortable, as it's used for swimming lessons. Thank you, Mitra Hotel.

I booked a junior suite, but upon entering the room, there was no water, towels, or toiletries. The TV lost signal every 10 seconds, the Wi-Fi wouldn't work, and there was no hot water. Complaints took 4-5 hours to resolve. I don't recommend this hotel, and I'm very disappointed.
