The toilet water is not flowing well in the bungalow, overall the facilities are good.

The staff who helped carry the luggage were very kind and friendly, the security was also okay. The receptionist was very useless, starting from the villa room 4 our toilet was broken then the technician came, and after checking it turned out the toilet flush was broken. Then we were told to wait for the room to be prepared, but there was no response from the receptionist, the ones who helped us move rooms were security and housekeeping, that was because I accidentally passed them so I informed them about it, after moving to room A4, there was only 1 towel, shampoo and soap could not be used, the bathroom water was very small, and there were lots of insects. Very poorly prepared. Please management be more caring and provide training again so this does not happen to other customers.

always stay here when transiting in Bajo..hotel in front of the airport, just walk,.fish in sour soup at the restaurant is delicious..rooms are quite spacious

The hotel location is indeed close to the airport, but the service is bad with the hotel price of 480++. When contacting to ask for pick up at the hotel because of carrying a lot of luggage, it can be picked up but when the drop off is not delivered because the plane is early so there is no staff at all even the receptionist or security looks like the hotel is not professional, finally my wife and I while carrying a child carrying a lot of luggage walked from the hotel to the airport with a very tiring up and down location, the room is not as good as the one in the photo, the cleanliness is quite okay but the bathroom smells really bad, the smell comes from the drainage that rises up, the pillows are not soft and flat.

The location is very strategic, across from the Komodo Airport Hotel, next to the hotel there are souvenir shops, food places, and Alfamart. The room is clean, but the bathroom smells bad.

The twin room in B3 smells musty, just a suggestion if you have guests, please have air freshener in the bathroom or room, so there is no smell of sewage.

It would be more comfortable if the bathroom was not dark on one side and was cleaner.

The atmosphere is exotic and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and most importantly, it's just steps from Labuan Bajo Airport. Please continue to improve your service and comfort. Thank you.

It's quite good as a transit hotel, quite clean even though it has wooden floors, but the water isn't strong enough.

Great bungalow near Komodo Airport

It was convenient for a short stay. It is right in front of the airport! The staff are super nice, close to many things, restaurants, central souvenirs, etc. They have bike rental as well.

Comfortable, not far from the city center and airport, suitable for family vacations.

Good : it's 3 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the airport. Shuttle service is free. Staff can help you with the luggage if necessary. My flight was early and driver was waiting for me early in the morning, Thanks 👍 Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons : some room redecoration would be good.

The location is across from Komodo airport, practical when arriving and wanting to depart again. Also close to the center of the crowd. On average, it is only 1 -1.5 km to the location of the marina and others. The room is clean. Although close to the airport, it is not noisy because maybe the flight frequency is not busy. Mai Hang Restaurant next to it and the food is ok. The staff is friendly. There is an Alfamart next to the MaiHang rest, so it is easy to buy necessities.

Just 1, the toilet room b1 is not function, need repaired, overall is good

The hotel is very close to the airport. If you don't bring many stuff and luggage you can just walk from the airport. They picked me up and they were helpful about everything. The room was nice. They have Netflix, Wifi, towels. But the bathroom cleanliness could be better. The hot water is very limited. There's no fridge. The room was not soundproof much, you can hear people singing all night. I couldn't really sleep. But overall 7,5/10.

The room is huge and clean, and you can see the plane exactly in front of you!
