When the AC is being serviced, repair it immediately because it is very important to support comfortable rest.

Check-in took a long time, and I could only enter the room at 3:00 PM. I waited for so long.

Not pleasant... the AC is not cold.

The cleanliness was very poor, with numerous insects. I didn't know if the sheets and blankets had been changed, which made me itchy. It's a shame that despite its strategic location and spacious rooms, the hotel is poorly maintained. The elevator lights were also out, making it pitch black at night.

The staff is very friendly, the parking guy is also nice and helps with parking my bike. The room I stayed in was okay, but there were 3 minuses: 1. The faucet for the toilet was broken, it couldn't be used. 2. There were insects like fleas/mites (?) on the table and under the table, which had climbed onto the food. 3. The shower water got hotter and hotter so I couldn't take a long shower, not suitable for people who like to take long showers.

The AC was hot, the room was stuffy and dirty. The phone was broken, the tables were rickety, and the sheets were dirty. The staff were lying, saying the AC technician was coming, but they waited for hours and never showed up. I felt cheated; it wasn't worth the high price. The parking lot was small.

The hotel is no longer suitable. I changed rooms twice. The AC is very inadequate, turning off every 15 minutes, and the timer cannot be set. The room is infested with baby cockroaches and centipedes. The bathroom is full of strange little creatures, and the smell is unbearable. The bidet leaks, so if you use it, it gets on your pants. The hot water can't be adjusted, so if you want it hot, you'll get burned. The towels are no longer suitable. The staff are friendly, but honestly, you should think twice about staying here.

The room was not very clean, the service was slow when checking out.

Good, but it seems like there are a lot of things that need to be fixed, like the table was tilted, and if you bring a big suitcase it's a bit difficult, you have to climb the stairs first and then take the elevator.

I stayed on the 2nd floor with noisy AC that wasn't cold, the room was dirty with small cockroaches, the sheets were dirty and I immediately asked for them to be changed, the bathroom was dirty, not recommended

The bathroom needs to be cleaned, the bathroom faucet is broken.

Even though the service was friendly, there were a lot of baby cockroaches in the room and the AC wasn't cold in the room I got.

The lobby staff was unfriendly. We had to request a make-up room in the lobby even though no other staff had informed us the day before. It should be automatic for stays longer than two nights, or at least there should be a tagging sign on the door handle.

The room is spacious, very comfortable, not noisy, close to the city center.

FO is friendly and welcoming... comfortable atmosphere..

I stayed in room 201. The room's notes were: the air conditioning wasn't cold enough and the hot water didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything is okay, except the FO service 🙏
