Best hotel, second in town for me.

The staff is friendly, even the security guards are very nice. The Wi-Fi is fast, too. Best of all, the rooms are very clean. I came here with my baby, and thankfully, my baby slept soundly, and the room wasn't noisy either.

The staff and security were friendly, and the hotel was convenient for transit. It was close to everything. The room and grounds were clean, but there was a strong odor from the bathroom drain. However, it didn't disturb my sleep as long as the bathroom door was closed.

My go-to hotel when I go to Bogor. Its location is strategic.

Excellent service, complaint because the room air conditioner was not cold enough, immediately served and replaced with a room with cold air conditioner... the best!

What makes you want to come back is the restaurant's delicious food and the rooms are comfortable for resting, clean and friendly.

This hotel might be an old hotel, I don't know. But the hotel is very clean, the floor, the mat, the bathroom are clean. The AC is cold even though it's old, it's a must to replace it if you have the budget. The TV is also replaced, if it's not a smart TV it's not fun, right, even though the room is comfortable. Maybe the lighting in the corridor should be a little brighter because it's a bit scary if you walk alone at night. The breakfast, voila! It's really delicious, the chef is a good cook, the food is all delicious, and they're also friendly. I showed up at the restaurant early in the morning because I had work to do. The staff are all very friendly, I want to come here again. Hopefully the hotel owner will have a lot of luck in the future to be able to renovate it so the hotel will be fresher. So far, it's been a pleasant stay here, thank you to all the staff, you guys are okay....👍👍👍

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. It's not too far from the city center and the toll gate, so it's still easy to get around.

Staying at the Arch Hotel was quite pleasant, the only downside was that check-in time was only 13.30.

The hotel environment and staff are very good and comfortable, only the room is a bit dirty because it is dusty and makes it uncomfortable on the feet, so more attention should be paid to cleanliness before guests check in.

The room was clean and fragrant, with clean sheets and a soft mattress. There was only one receptionist, so it was a shame they were so overwhelmed with serving so many guests. One staff member even gave the wrong equipment to the room, so overwhelmed. Parking is in B2, and maneuvering requires precision. I scratched my car's bumper because it was too narrow to turn in, but that was easy to repaint. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying at the Arch Hotel Bogor.

Comfortable atmosphere, easy to reach because it's on the roadside. The rooms are quite large, overall good. My suggestion for the hotel is that the floors in the rooms might need to be repaired as they're scratched, and the swimming pool could be expanded. Thank you.

The staff was quick to respond. I asked to have the TV remote fixed and to borrow a prayer robe, and they came right away. They even helped me get on the elevator, as I was carrying my child. So far, I'm impressed with the friendly staff. 🫰

The hotel staff was friendly but took a long time to respond when there was a problem. The room I stayed in was a non-smoking area, but the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Because it was high season, the sheets and pillows were in contrasting colors, but it was okay. The room included a refrigerator and the AC was very cold. The swimming pool was narrow, there were no guides, and the shower area was poorly maintained. The kids' corner was also poorly maintained, even though the place was spacious, it was a shame. But the food was delicious! There wasn't much variety, but it tasted good. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future!
